The staff was super friendly and helpful, the rooms are big and clean. The breakfast is solid to start the day with a full stomach. I would recommend and choose this hotel again.

Nice breakfast, an amazing service and a big room

The hotel's design is a bit old fashioned.

The hotel is a five minute walk to the station which was perfect for us as we were using the train to get to monza for the grand prix.The staff were all friendly and the hotel was very clean.It is less than 10 minutes walk from a huge shopping centre in which it had a massive supermarket in which sold everything!It had a cold buffet breakfast which set you up for the day.I would recommend the hotel as I enjoyed my time there.I really enjoyed my stay and i would stay there again if I were to go back to that area!

My only complaint if you could call it that was it didn't have tea/coffee making facilities!But I love my tea,my son who was with me doesn't like hot drinks so he was absolutely fine with it.It maybe a little outdated if you like all shiny things and modern. But I didn't mind it all! It was very clean and Housekeeping came in everyday,so nothing to complain about except maybe a kettle would of been nice.

The staff were diligent and friendly; very good breakfast in the reception area; the facilities were clean and adequate; the hotel was well located, making very easy to travel to the city by Metro and avoid using the car; there is a shopping center near the hotel with restaurants and supermarket; there is public parking outside the hotel. Near the Metro station there is a paved path flanking a quiet canal, very good for a relaxing stroll.

The size of the bathroom, at least ours was small, especially the shower; apart from that, we were very pleased.

The hotel is older, but I rate it well. It's nothing luxurious, but everything was clean within its limits. Every day the room was cleaned, towels were changed, and toiletries were restocked. The room had functional air conditioning, a TV, and a hairdryer in the bathroom. I have nothing to complain about, considering we only used the hotel for sleeping. The hotel has parking in front of the building, as well as an internal parking lot.

The problem is that it's next to a busy road, and the windows only protect against the weather, so more sensitive tourists might only be able to sleep with earplugs.

Everything was ok, good value for money, have parking in front of hotel, close to metro, close to supermarket, 9 metro stations from center of Milano

I recently stayed at a hotel that I absolutely loved, and it was all thanks to the amazing service provided by all staff especially Edmond from reception . From the moment I arrived, sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Staff were always friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.The hotel itself was clean, modern, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from.Overall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Thank you, Edmonds, for making my stay so memorable!

The mattress was very hard (but this is a matter of personal taste).Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be a welcome addition.

A bit noisy as the room was close to the road, but not too bad. Very small shower cubicle.

Really good breakfast, friendly staff, spacious rooms, clean hotel. Hotel is outside city center but it is close to metro (5 min wlak). You can park your car on the street close to the hotel and use metro to visit city center and avoid traffic and high parking fee.

Beds were uncomfortable.

Very friendly, receptive and helpful staff. Small hotel, but very cosy and almost feels like home in many ways. The breakfast choices were very nice, not too heavy and well balanced. The room in which I stayed is comfortable and clean.
