It was a little off the beaten track for a part of Bergamo suburb. No free breakfast.

Short journey to both Bergamo and the airport. Clean enough. Staff really helpful explaining the door entry for late at night and booking taxis when asked at reception.

You could not control the heating in the room! It would just blow cold air regardless of the settings on the thermostat! Not good.The reception area was dark and zero atmosphere…there wasn’t any activity at all when I checked in , just an eerie silence in the lobby.

The staff at breakfast were so helpful and kind, especially the young woman. The gentleman on checkout was alsp polite and explained that i was required to pay for breakfast as I booked through booking.com

I didnt like the traffic noise, the many mosquitoes in my room and the manager. I used insect protection so was only bitten on my arms and hands. Kept me awake. The manager doesnt speak good English or French, she didnt respond to my messages and was rather officious, perhaps because she didnt I understand me. I didnt feel welcomed by her.

Location was the only thing

The room was infested with ants. Hundreds of them. After informing the receptionist said that it was guests fault for eating in the room and leaving crumbs. Unfortunately the ants were only or mainly in the bathroom. Nothing was done about it so far.

This is a worst hotel to stay and book. The owner is so rude and impolite and doesn't listen. We had made booking for 2 days in the hotel. Due to my leg injury while traveling to hotel in the morning on day 1, I couldn't make it on time and requested the hotel to allow late check-in. The hotel person didn't even care to listen and was very rude. He denied us late check-in and said that we cannot enter the property after 22:00.Because of this reason, I had to find and book another hotel at midnight for double price. Next day when we again came to this hotel, the receptionist was so rude and ignored whatever we were saying. We even had complimentary breakfast included and they denied us the same. We even spoke to our booking agent booking.com. as per information by them, they tried to contact the property to cancel my accomodation for day 1 and approve for refund and adjust any unnecessary thing. But the hotel person/owner didn't even bother to listen and shut us off. Please don't waste your time staying here and ruin your vacation.

Location is 10 minutes to drive to the airport. This was the most important.

This is NOT 4 star hotel as it is claimed at the entrance. I can hardly say it is 3 star. Things are old, rooms are not sound proof, no glasses in the room, AC was hard to control.

Quiet place and a clean room.

It closes doors at 22h. Is not a 4 stars quality hotel as in European standards.

Very good place if you want to sleep over when you travel. We slept one night to take rest on a trip from Switzerland to Croatia. Good value for money. Great stuff. Very polite.

The hotel is easy to reach with sparkling clean rooms and nice personeel!

We were made to feel very welcome. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The rooms are of adequate size. We stayed the Monza weekend and expected it too be quite noisy but it wasn't.
