Mercure Bergamo Aeroporto

Nice room, great food at the restaurant

Front desk clerk not friendly

friendly staff and clean rooms

everything was good including breakfast

The hotel is in the middle of no where!!! The location is really far from everything and walking is hard around it ( all highways) do not go there without a car

front desk, cleaning staff and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location is not the best, there’s almost nothing around but it served its purpose for us.Bathrooms need deep cleaning, especially the showers. Nothing can be made by the cleaning staff but needs a deeper cleaning as there are some molds going on in the shower. Gentleman at the restaurant in the evening was quite rude, definitely not going to dine there if we stay again.

The corridor smell smoking and affect my nose and i reported the reciprocation but nothing change, also, my booked was king bed but the gave me twin beds

Comfortable bed, good soundproofing, free onsite parking

All good

The rooms are okay. Big enough, beds are super comfortable, bathroom was clean and had everything you needed it, except for a nice and usefull hairdryer! Super quiet!!! No one bothers you there

The hotel seems like its easy to acces from the highway but that is not the case at all.. it was complicated to get there, you need to go through an industrial area.. and it is not ever close (15min with the car) from the airport!

Very friendly staff and clean place. Breakfast was really good service and food

Not clean

The floor was dirty, the towels had a bad smell and the furniture was really worn out. It looked like a very used hotel with bad maintenance. Even the common areas were dirty.

nice room, very comfortable bed, good facilities nice staff, very clean

the location is a bit isolated on the motorway and not exactly "on airport"

Clean, location, breakfast, staff

Room was too hot- air con did not work. Shower was not draining

First of all the staff, professional, very helpful friendly, excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, we had outside of the room fresh water for free, the furnitures was really good Quality. There was free parking where on the night there is closed door and you feel safe about your car. We had dinner on the restaurant and the food was great but the service was excellent, the mister where served us was unbelievable good. The next time where we will be on Bergamo we will stay again in Mercure Hotel for sure.

The Hotel staff were very helpful, room and breakfast was good.

"Aeroporto" in the description is very misleading - it is 15 minutes taxi drive from the airport ( 30€ ) and another 40€ to use the hotel shuttle bus to get us to the car hire location in the morning... so we had almost double the cost in taxi / transport costs. I could never reccomend this hotel because the "aeroporto" in the name is designed to trick customers - I hate being conned like this !!

Good location near Bergamo Airport. Very friendly employees. As I had to leave very early, they prepared me a breakfast kit. Also very convenient that there is a petrol station next door as I had to fill up the tank of the rental car which I had to hand in.

All was good.

Location was good. Desk staff were friendly.

We arrived late and left early. Weren’t there for long. Breakfast was very poor.

This is a great option if you want a very decent airport hotel in Bergamo and a very decent price.

It is slightly out of the way location but very secure and safe, work traveling to from the airport compared with other hotels in closer proximity to the airport.

Is good value for money , staff is quiet helpful and friendly. Clean and good facilities in the room.

Breakfast was quite limited in choice and quality .

Pleasant staff.

Taxi was costly there and back. Definitely prebook a taxi at night late we got ripped off by a dodgey taxi guy at the airport. Also not much around.

Nice room and breakfast with all needs. Friendly and helpful staff.

The bedding was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean, although the bathroom was not up-to-date.

The bathroom design, a little oldish.
