I would say that I liked the internet room

There was some childrens having sex in the gym, and they give me an apartment with a broken door that doesn't close properly

I just checked in after 20:00 and checked out early in the morning, so I don't have much to share. Front desk works all night, which was why I chose this hotel. (I had an early morning flight) Room was large, clean, with some signs of wear and tear, but nothing significant. Bathroom was spotless, and fully functional. Shower cabin is a little narrow, but ok.

Hotel has a spa, pool, and some other facilities that I didn't have time to use. I did notice the strong smell of chlorine when I entered the hotel. I don't know if this is something that lingers all the time, or just when they are cleaning the pool, but that wasn't great. I was not able to smell it in the room, or in the morning when I was checking out - so it's not some huge objection.

Conveniently close to the airport by car. Comfy bed, plentiful breakfast. Breakfast is served from 6.30 which is convenient if you have an early flight. Free parking in the garage.

Room is very spacious and has everything you need. The staff was/is very friendly.

It had an interesting smell, furniture is dated, tv is old, but thats not a big problem. Breakfast is very basic, and for my opinion not worth the money. Overall the stay was pleasant.

Mattresses and pillows were quite uncomfortable The linens were washed with some kind of Javel that made them stink

As it was my first-time visiting Milan and I was traveling solo and not landing till 9.30pm I didn’t want to travel into Milan on my own at night so was looking for somewhere near the airport with easy access to the city. This hotel was perfect. Cost £20 in a taxi from Bergamo Airport to the hotel (but £45 from the hotel to the airport via a taxi booked for me by hotel staff???? see my dislike section) Stezzano station is literally a five-minute walk from the hotel. It costs £6 to get the train from here to Milan Central. You purchase the tickets at the hotel desk. The trains left 20 minutes passed the hour on the hour and took roughly 1 hour 20 minutes to get to Milan(with one stop/change) Coming back I got the Bergamo train from central station and then a train from Bergamo for one stop back to Stezzano, again £6 The hotel itself I found very clean and staff super friendly. There’s a nice little bar area for drinks and food and also a wellness centre, unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to use this as I was so tired after my day in Milan I fell straight to sleep.The rooms have everything you need, bed was a bit hard for my liking but plenty of pillows and lovely crisp clean bedding.Im planning on flying back into Bergamo next month and I will be picking this hotel again as It so easy to get to and from Milan but half the price of Milan hotels.

Maybe miscommunication as I do not speak a word of Italian and have a thick scouse accent ? but…When checking out I asked the reception to call a taxi for me to take me to the airport. I was in no rush, had about 45 minuets to kill. I mentioned I needed to pay via my card and that my taxi from the airport was £20 and that I want to use that service again.He was very helpful and rang a tax company, making sure they excepted card payment. Shortly after the taxi arrived. When I got inside I noticed the clock said 20 on one side and -25 on the other. As the journey started the clock price raised. On arrival to the airport, a short 9-minute journey away, the driver switched off the clock and asked for £43. I said sorry I thought it would be £20 as that’s what it was from the airport to the hotel and he said no, you have to pay £20 booking charge. I paid as I wasn’t willing to argue over £20 and had a flight to catch but felt like I had been misguided.Not sure what taxi company the hotel called but maybe the £20 booking fee should be mentioned prior to booking.ication

Room was nice in size, bathroom was clean and nice. Breakfast was good, also breakfast to go on day we left early in the morning. Airport is close, hotel aranged transfer for us early in the morning. Spa in hotel is extra nice.

This hotel was clean,comfortable bed,staff very nice and helped with everything as much as possible and very friendly,great location near the autostrada,5 minutes walk to the train station to go to Bergamo and Milano,supermarket right next to it,few minutes with TAXI from the BGY airport,,breakfast delicious (I only wish there was more choices of Italian salami and cheese because I love it but it was lots of other choices to eat) ,at the bistro Cafe was very delicious. I definitely will return again when I will be in Bergamo. Also we arrived at 10 am and they let us accomodate which was surprisingly great as we could have all day free to go sightseeing..

When i booked, it was mentioned that spa was included in price.

We arrived late so we just went to sleep. The reception staff kindly advised us about sightseeing in Milan the next day. They went out of their way to help. The breakfast was great, just as described.

The hotel is a bit older. The rooms could be a bit bigger.

Nice hotel close to the Milan (Bergamo) airport. The rooms are nice and clean. The room keys system created some problems when opening the door. Good breakfast with an average variety. The hotel restaurant has reasonable food and price. Underground garage designed only for small cars tp park in. Good parking at the

The bathroom was very cold due to unworking radiator in the room. The underground garage is designed only for parking small cars into it. I had Peugeot 5008 and really it was almost impossible to park the car in the garage and also left the garage. I could drive out easy due to only 3 parked cars. If garage would be full, I would need to find the proper way to do it.

Not really hot Water (it stops from alone at temperature “warm”. You are not allowed to change it to more warm by yourself.

I loved the tidiness in the rooms,great service and great breakfast.
