Hotel Touring

Passable

we stayed here 2 times and both times it was impossible to sleep at night because other visitors were walking around all night, making noise and shouting. Also the air conditioning in the room did not work and there were no slippers

Location ok, close to the wine cellars. To the restaurants in the city you have to drive though, but this was not a problem.Nice, big rooms, big bathroom, everything clean, also nice big balcony.Breakfast was good, quite a wide choice, unfortunately not so much for the gluten free persons...Nice big pool with lots of sun beds is an extra point.All in all everything was ok.

Jacuzzi was not working properly:-(

I only spent 1 night for work purposes and everything was great, hotel si nicely refurbished, perfect breakfast

Only 1 bath robe No tea/coffee making facilities in roomWent to buy tea at bar. Waited for a long time. No one came. Asked at reception. They said someone would come immediately. Waited again. No one came again.

The breakfast, staff, location and reception was nice and welcoming.

The single rooms were very small and airless. There was no air con after 6pm and had to open the window but it was very noisy outside so I had a poor quality sleep.

Very comfortable and clean. Personnel very polite and helpful.

The location excellent, close to everything. The old town is lovely! The breakfast was great, the pool, a great relief from the summer hotness and the staff were the best!

Touring is a comfortable and stylish hotel with a fine restaurant (the best one in the whole area) and a nice football field (fully equipped for trainings), tennis court and a pool. Our kids loved to play chess in the lobby. We enjoyed our stay much, looking forward to coming back!

the water inside the pool was a bit too cool.

1. excellent, familiar atmosphere, very helpful staff2. very good localization- it was easy to reach everything we wanted to visit; although the hotel is near the local road it was quiet in the room (we had the room at the road and parking site)3. a lot of parking places ( open and covered one) 4. very warm, tasteful arrangements in the hotel hall, restaurant and the breakfast hall5. very comfortable beds - I have never slept on more comfortable ones!6. big rooms7. nice pool8. very good restaurant- I do recommend it!9. great service during breakfast - the ladies served very efficiently even when there were a lot of guests; the owners also helped - that is great!

1. The bathroom needs soft renovation to make this hotel Excellent ( it is not about cleanness, I mean about the black stains made of mold around the bathtub and floor. Also the area around the window with a torn curtain. The safe was also broken. All of these simple things should be checked and fixed every time before guests' arrival. Maybe the Covid impacted the lack of enough staff. 2. The hotel has a very nice pool with surrounding plants (maybe they should be a little bit less wild :)) and some kind of anty-mosquitos solution should be used from time to time. The machines that are used to care about the grass on the soccer field should work e.g between 08.00-10.00 when the guests eat breakfast and do not use the recreation area. They were terribly loud on both days when I tried to rest near the pool ( more than 2 hours ) thus it was not nice. I do not know how it was on the other days ( I was out), maybe better :)3. I did not like served bread (just a simple white one) but the cookies were very good. I think that even one should be like multi-grain bread. But this is just a comment and my opinion as maybe this is a habit in this region.

staff was ok, took a few minutes for them to acknowledge us although there were 3 personnel at the desk and we were trying to check in. the room was also old and simple.

The location is good if you are looking for a hotel outside Bergamo or Brescia, especially for big events. The rooms are big and comfy, the bed and the sheets are ok. Air conditioning was great and you can set the speed low enough to let it run quietly during the night as well. The swimming pool is big and clean but complicated to reach (if you follow the signs), although is right in the back of the reception. Good parking space in the garage. Breakfast was pretty basic, with some extra points for the sweets corner. Overall a nice experience.

The bathroom needs some maintenance  (shower head leaking and the bathtub sewer was clogged). My real problem was the noises coming from the other rooms and the fact that the hotel is pet friendly (I never looked for this on booking). So... I couldn't sleep well because some kids were running until 2 am in the room above and a dog started to yell at 7 am in the room next door. So... not very funny.

Location was quite enough good for our business trip. About 30 km from Bergamo Airport and very close to companies we've visited. The staff was patience and polite. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.

Room was comfortable and quiet.

My husband and I decided to have a drink at the hotel bar.We ordered two gin and tonic. Mostly ice.Along with the drinks the bar man served some chips.When it was time to pay, I couldn't believe the tab was 22 euros! Very expensive.

Although this was during a COVID lockdown and I was the only guest - nothing was too much trouble, even the restaurant was opened just for me. Food and wine was amazing.I would highly recommend this gem.
