Great view, delicious breakfast, clean room and friendly service!

We booked room with balcony and Lake Como view: it is like a movie scene!!! loved lot. We tried their pizza one evening and it was tasty and biiig. Great location with awesome view and friendly staff.

They went above and beyond! Very professional and welcoming. Always ready to help with questions and directions. Food was excellent. At the top of our list!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is good. There's public transportation close to the hotel but we were traveling by car.There's a very good restaurant in the hotel.The view of the lake is amazing.

View to the lake is incredible, wifi works well, parking opportunity, kind staff. Breakfast was ok.Liquid showergel would be useful instead of soap.

Kind and helpful staff. The room was relatievly large. The room was clean and had a look of completly new. We had to leave very early in the morning and so the staff prepared our breakfast in advance and left in our room at night. There was a nice little resturant in the 1st floor in which we had our dinner.

Great small hotel with great view. Good typical continental breakfast and even possibility to have fresh cappuccino etc. Room was very spacious and clean and had awsome view (from lakeside balcony room). Bathroom was spacious and had nice floor heating. Parking lot in front of the hotel was full, but they allowed to park in the garage next to it!

Nothing wrong with property, but Unfortunately getting to the property can take a while as Como has poor public transport and takes a while

Nice hotel but very far from all the tourists attractions. Don’t bother book this hotel if you don’t have a car. Nice breakfast.

The location it is a very remote area far from everything and very far from Como , takes about an hour on the bus/car from Como

We stayed 4 nights in the room with the mountain view. It was very comfortable, clean and quite spacious, including the bathroom. Enjoyed the fact that they had solid shampoo and body wash soap bars. The A/C worked perfectly and was essential for the very warm summer nights. One of the highlights of the hotel is, with no doubt, the beautiful view from the terrace where you can have your breakfast or drinks at sunset. The restaurant at the hotel is also very nice, good service and good food at very affordable prices for Lago di Como. The location is good, near a bus stop to Como and to Bellagio and also boat that allows you to get around to other towns like Tremezzo, Menaggio and Varenna. You can buy bus tickets at the hotel.

Not that I didn’t like, but there wasn’t much variety for breakfast. Even so, it was still quite good and the pastry (croissants and miniatures) was fresh. If you’re lactose intolerant just ask one of the staff for lactose free milk as it’s not put on display at breakfast.

What a wonderfully relaxing hotel, right on the lake! There were delicious places to eat nearby (including at their pizzaria), and we appreciated some quiet from the more touristy towns on the lake. Also conveniently by the bus stop! Wonderful staff, very clean rooms, and great breakfast. Would recommend and definitely stay again!

Room was a good size

Air conditioner didn't work..we complained within few hours of checking in..it felt the reception wanted to ignore the fact trying to behave they didn't understand.. surprisingly when we checked in the same person could understand English very well.. after a lot of back and forth he said max he could offer was reduce the temperature by 2 degrees which didn't help ( temperature could be controlled only at the reception ). the next day we complained again or asked to change the room.. the other person at reception agreed to get a technician to check and as we had guessed the compressed gas was low but they didn't fix it on the day..so one more night of poor sleep due to hot temperature..the last day of our stay ( day 3) they got it fixed when we were out and about..we were surprised the Aircon was suddenly working when we we came back..asked the reception if someone came to fix it..again the man from day 1 at reception behaved as though he didn't understand English as he didn't want to possibly accept there was something wrong with the aircon in the first place..As already reviewed by other people poor breakfast options and poor service..the lady at the coffee machine / bar area absolutely hates her job..I saw few guests help clear used plates from the table as she didn't find it necessary to clear the tables on time. We asked her for a latte from the coffee machine and she rolled her eyes..

The top floor balcony room was fantastic. Quick drive to Bellagio. Easy to catch the ferry down the road to Varenna. The view from the Lezzano hotel was my favourite view of Lake Como. Small beach nearby, great for putting our kayak into the water.

We arrived about 1pm and there was nothing open in the area for lunch.

Breakfast was nice, location was gorgeous, it was so nice to run away from the most touristy, crowded towns… dinner at the restaurant downstairs was 10/10!

The private beach by the hotel needs some work, it’s really hard to get in the water , because of the slippery stones, I hurt my leg.

Wonderful location, direct view to Como Lake, from the apartment and also from the breakfast/dining terraces, parking included, which is an issue in the Como area, easy access to bus, for Bellagio (20 min ride), spacious, very nice rooms; swimming possible right next to the hotel(public area)

AC units were struggling a bit to keep the cool temperature, but it was also very hot. It is more of a plus than something that we did not like, but the property is much nicer than pictures from Booking.

Love the breakfast lake view, no better way to start your day. Staff were so helpful and welcoming..Restaurant onsite we rang up to book on the way back from.Bellagio and when we arrived they had reserved a table with lake view. Room beautiful, if you can book a balcony, go for it. Location is a bus ride away from Ballagio, tickets available from Reception. Other restaurants are a short walk away. It's in a quiet spot but that adds to its charm. There is an authentic Italian bar a short walk.

Staff friendly. Rooms nice and clean. Bed comfortable. Access to the lake.parking . Good restaurant.

Water in Shower is not stable Very cold or very hot changing all the time . So hard to enjoy good shower

Enchanting, unbelievable view. Spacious room with comfy beds and a delicious breakfast. Also the restaurant is amazing with super service: we had fish and an incredibly tasty prosciutto crudo. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We love everything basically! I‘m so impressed with our stay. The staffs are so sweet. The view at our breakfast is great.

the wifi is kinda bad. But that‘s not really a problem for us.And the wall is a bit thin, if you are sensitive with the Noise, bring somr earplug with you.
