Plenty space in the rooms and cleanness

Air condition heating was not working, it was so cold in the night I had to sleep with my clothes on.

Andry in reception was quite helpful.The facility is pretty nice if you compare the hotels in the area, especially after a bad experience in Milan.

This is about your choice. If you want to enjoy Como central this hotel would be a bit far.

Towels and soap quality not that good. There should be a sign indicating that the guest wants the bedsheets to be changed

It was a very nice hotel. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices and plenty of everything. You definitely should go for it! The bed was very comfortable, and the room was cozy and clean.

We missed having a coffee maker and microwave in the room. The restaurant menu didn't have much for lower priced snacks or smaller dinners. We also were surprised that there were no USB outlets for charging our devices.

Its needs more plug sockets one plug socket is no good for traveling

No plugs in room but one by the kettle so could not charge to phones and I pad on one socket

the wifi signals were very weak in my room # 228 and the internet speed was very slow, so i had to use my mobile data

The rooms are clean and modern was really comfortable!

The room was very nice, very big and clean. Big parking was also available, wifi was working well and all the staff were very polite.

Breakfast area was very small for a hotel of this size. It would also be appreciated if bathroom amenities were provided like shampoo and conditioner (there was only shower gel).

We should have known in advance that we have a private parking, it would have saved us 15 minutes at 3am looking for a parking spot.Reaching the place was also a bit tricky.

We took the family suite and it was big and excellent.15 mins drive to Como center, 30 mins drive to Milano MXP airport.Welcoming staff, smooth check-in and check-out.Free parking available.

If you have a car, it’s perfectly out of the way and has parking. There is a grocery store right by there, so you can grab what you need. The room was big and clean. The bathroom has a bidet but a glass door if you are interested in more privacy - keep that in mind

The A/C was capped at 21 but felt more like 24. Soundproofing could use improvement (really loud kids across the way screaming nonstop) but easily fixable with a white noise app on your phone. Check out is at 11.

We stayed at the Cruise Hotel and it is a perfect hotel near to Como, Thanks for the staff they are so friendly and helpful.the room was big and comfy.The nice part in this hotel that we got awesome room with a private garage . You just need to park your car and step up into your room.
