The price
Rooms are old - carpet not nice and worn - bathroom light flashing.. also very noisy from traffic.

Dog friendly hotel and staff were nice.
Tiny room on 2nd floor requiring lift to take dog out.
Breakfast satisfactory although the little croissants did not appear to be fresh.
Had room on 2nd floor “Special Floor” and the extra cost of 8€ was Worth it. Towelling robes and slippers a good touch. Unfortunately toilet Seat loose (See photo) and suggest cleaning staff more attentive and to report to management all problems.
Location is convenient near the Autostrada. Ample free parking space.
Had booked a room with breakfast. So we went for breakfast at least 45 minutes before closure. However, many items for breakfast were already finished and non were replenished.

I use this as a stop over when driving on the way to the south. It is my favourite hotel to do so, everything is perfect! Excellent breakfasts, great staff and rooms very good. I usually go for premium room but all rooms are very good. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Perfect stop over hotel!
The location
Yet again the restaurant was closed as it was booked for a coach party. Totally unacceptable for the residence. And the shower flooded.
Room was spacious and clean. Plenty of parking. Close to a supermarket and food establishments; 15 minutes from Lake Como driving.

The cleaners came to our rooms and enter without any prior notice and without knocking the doorAnd I wear very upset even I speak to reception he not believe us . Very embarrassing to us and bad reputation to ibis hotels

Convenient location. Lovely staff.
Shower not very clean. Beds not very comfortable.
They have a premium guest floor. On that floor the rooms and bathrooms are larger. Much larger than what we would expect from IBIS. Personnel at reception is very friendly and speaks several languages. (German, Spanish, french). Rooms are well isolated. No noise from the corridor. Hotel has many parking places and parking is free.

There suppose to be toothpaste, slippers should be in there. Restaurants were closed. I charged extra £25.
