Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good.

The views were limited

The location was fantastic, the view from our terrace was priceless, and Chiara was the best host ever! We loved this place and we will definitely return back.

Thin walls. While the village itself is quiet, it's very much up to the neighbors when and how you'll sleep.

It was warm lovely and cosy, bed was comfortable had a great rest

Chiara was super nice to us and she did everything she can to make our stay great she gave us advices in where to go and what to do. She made our stay great.

1-The heaters did not work although the temperature was 9 degrees centergraates.2-The parking fees shall be cleared in Booking.Com3-The location shall be cleared at Booking.com that the location is at top of the mountain and very dangerous on asphalted road driving up and down narrow4- Lack of staff during breakfast only one employee does every thing including receptions works5-The main door close at 20:00, after that use back door to enter6- Very narrow stair case leads to the 3 rd floor unsafe to use for person 7- Breakfast is very limited and repeated every day such as no options for eggs, bread,

The people - Stefano and Chiara are extremely friendly and helpful.Also, the rooms are clean and have all the necessary appliances.And, of course, the views - worth the serpentine road up

Parking is a bit challenging, but you can arrange a spot with the hotel

Nothing. The property was excellent. The road up from Como was challenging but well worth it. Just remain calm and drive slow. I’m 70 and I did it.

Lovely location with great views of the lake and surrounding areas. Chiara at reception was very nice and helpful with suggestions and advice about attractions in town.

Walls were very thin so you could hear the American couple next door arguing and FaceTiming people at 2am ?

Our stay at this hotel was truly delightful! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome, largely thanks to the wonderful hostess, Chiara. She was so kind and made us feel right at home, even gifting us a lovely bottle of prosecco – a truly thoughtful touch!The location of the hotel is also fantastic, being incredibly close to the cable car, which made exploring the area super convenient. And the view from our room was absolutely amazing.We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a warm welcome, a great location, and breathtaking views.

The location was away from town to find a good restaurant you need half an hour drive the stuff are wonderful helpful and nice.. if you want to be on the nature it’s perfect.. the place are small but comfortable.. thanks

Location of the hotel is very beautiful, but if the funicular would not work or if there were long lines, it would quit hard to get there, because any taxi draivers in como were not willing to drive there. Hotels price level is ok, and breakfast was good in italian standars.

There came a lot of noise from next door neighbours. Locations migth be in summer time problematic, because of long lines in funicular.

Close to the funicular railway to go to Como.

The structure is pretty old and it is overall old-fashioned in the furniture and style. Breakfast wasn’t really good.The road to reach it is pretty narrow.

Location, very easy access to Funicolare Como - Brunate. Only 7 minutes to go downtown to Como. Views from the property. Very clean rooms despite property is old. Very friendly and helpful English speaking staff.

It’s a small hotel, you can find some imperfections.

We were please to stay at the hotel with 2 separate rooms connected together. Nice view, friendly staff, bottle of prosecco as the present, in general it was comfort and thank you for all.

Breakfast is not so rich so it is ok but could be better. Also we want to warn everybody who wants to with funicular as we did (because we didn't find the way for car) - during weekend it could be so crowded by tourists so you will leave couple of hours just to buy tickets. So if you will go like this could be a big trouble to go up and down.

The staff was great, lady in reception gave to the children small playthings with candies and the children were busy with these playthings for the next 3 days. A small thing, but a big happiness.Pistachio croissants for breakfast were a nice new discovery for our family.Some day in sunny whether conditions will come back.

The location was fabulous and the views from our balcony were amazing. Chiara the manager was so welcoming and helpful. She lend us a plug converter, gave us great tips and was just really friendly. She also makes a great coffee. Our room was clean. The breakfast was great value and the pistachio crossiants were out of this world! We will be back…highly recommend!
