Paying for hotel shuttle as such a short distance to MXP

The location, architecture and history.

The internet connections was very poor during our entire stay (even after requesting technical support). The cable TV offering is perhaps the poorest we have encountered in years, especially considering that this is an airport hotel.

the airport shuttle was not available and we incurred a $40 cab fare. Also, they charged $11 for the return shuttle, not $3.50 as the site claims. There is no way you can walk to this hotel from the airport. Don't be fooled. It is impossible

Location is decent.

Hot! The gentleman at the desk (3:40 am) said the reason it was so uncomfortable is that they turn off the AC from 2 am to 6 am. Definitely a lousy place to stay.

Beautiful building, comfortable modern room, excellent breakfast, good restaurant, easy location right by Malpensa with free transport. Staff was efficient and friendly.

pick up from and drop off at the airport was fast and easy. the breakfast buffet was decent. the staff were helpful and friendly.

the room was more basic than I expected. the furnishings chipped and inexpensive. the bathroom tile was cracked and shelf was chipped. the mattress cover protecting the mattress was a thick plastic that crinkled loudly. there was no dead bolt to securely lock the door from the inside, which made me uncomfortable.

Hotel Malpensa was the best hotel property we stayed at while in Italy. It was so convenient to the airport and the shuttle was available for such trips. Note, the driver was very fast. The trips were entertaining ; ) We had an excellent dinner for a reasonable price and the included breakfast was available at 5 am for early flights. It was bountiful and included in the price of the room. Would recommend it highly.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which is ideal for guests seeking rest after an extended flight. Complimentary parking is provided. While the breakfast is basic, it adequately serves its purpose. The rooms are notably spacious, and the staff is commendable.

The mattresses appeared to be a little dusty. I typically request an iron from hotels, but I was informed that it is not possible due to security regulations in Italy, so I would recommend bringing your own portable steam iron. It seems they may be a bit understaffed, as service can be a little slow. In my opinion, the prices are about 20% higher than they should be.

We booked the hotel for convenient location to the airport but were pleasantly surprised at how lovely it was. The hotel was elegant and the rooms renovated and comfortable. The staff were efficient and friendly. And the messaged us to let us know the pool was open. We enjoyed a nice swim. We had aperativo on the terrace and the on site restaurant was convenient with a lovely dining room. The free shuttle to the airport made our departure go smoothly.

The food at the restaurant was not the best but adequate.

You’re pretty much limited to the hotel restaurant unless you have a car. And honestly, the restaurant food is sorta C+/B- for the price. Breakfast was included for me but I wouldn’t have wanted to pay for it.

Location for transit is perfect, transfer was clear, waiting time at airport was reasonable, driver was dealing with luggage himself, staff was friendly, everything was clean, shower was hot and water pressure very nice, it saved the day to get yourself warm up, and using a hair dryer, breakfast venue opens at 5:30am, which also helped to have a snack before early flight transfer.

It was very cold (outside temperature was -2C) and heating at the room was practically none, there was no one-off slippers to use and the floor was also very cold, room was for two people but only one chair to sit on, thanks to drying rack at bathroom the temperature there could gradually be raised to decent warmth after 1-1.5h of turning it on, staff gave us extra blankets on request. If you are cold sensitive like us, not recommending this hotel at winter time.

Airport shuttle was great, staff was nice, breakfast was nice, location to airport was superb. The food in the dining room and the service were very good. The dining room was very stark and really could have used some kind of decor and color.

The beds and pillows were like concrete. They were both so hard that I really couldn't sleep.
