The close proximity to MXP airport makes it very convenient for an early morning flight. The hotel also has a great breakfast.

The shuttle service is not explained very well. It picks you up outside of Terminal 1 gate 5. It comes at 10 and 40 past the hour. The hotel charges €5 per person for pickup or drop off at terminal one and €10 per person for terminal 2 pickup or drop off

One of the best airport hotels I have ever stayed in. Modern facilities, very comfortable bed, great size.

I liked the location and the staff were very attentive and friendly.

The bathroom was very inconvenient; there was nowhere to put our toiletries.

The surrounding seems under construction and friendly to walk, staff are still k but could be trained for better and room furniture could be improved

Good hotel for an overnight stay between flights. Staff and restaurant were very good, with friendly service in the restaurant. Just note that the hotel is not reachable on foot — you need to use the hotel shuttle or a taxi, which costs around 20–40 euros.

The welcoming staff. Well made and updated facilities. The bar area, and the breakfast. Shuttle service is also a huge bonus.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were well appointed.

Had some issues with the air conditioning in one of our rooms and it was quite uncomfortable to sleep.

All frills - airport shuttle was 30 euro, room is small and tv didn’t work. Too expensive for what you get

The hotel itself was nice. The room was very clean and the staff was pretty friendly to us. The shuttle bus works very well and the place is close to the airport.

The food wasn’t really good for the expensive price. The sink in the bathroom was kinda leaking and annoying. We didn’t get a receipt for anything (paid in cash) except for the shuttle bus. We paid for breakfast for the morning after (since it wasn’t included in our room) but on the day of we were told they could not see that we had paid for breakfast. The lady let us eat, however we would not have had a way to prove it since we weren’t given any receipt, not even at checkout.

Street noise started around 0630.

All was good, room is big, clean with everything needed. Swimming pool zone is lovely and shuttle to airport was on time.

We have had a bad smell in the bathroom. Not very strong but it would be even better without it.

The didn’t respond to the calls, form neither of the phone numbers put on their website nor those on the booking websites, that was annoying, especially that we needed information about access to the hotel and the shuttle availability and schedule. Let them remove the phone numbers from these sites, or respond to the callers

Location near airport & shuttle driver was very nice. Clean & food was great at restaurant

Someone opened and tried to enter nephew’s room during night. It was reported to the front desk.

It was very clean and comfortable and close to the airport.

We waited over 45 minutes for our dinner.

Tribe is well located close to Malpensa.Shuttle is easy. Staff is considerate and helpful. Bed is comfortable.

Rude staff, except one reception employee who tried to be proactive, non-welcoming reception and restaurant staff, especially one guy in restaurant who lacks manners of welcoming guests

The location, the front desk staff were superb/very helpful and accommodating and went out of their way to please, the restaurant dinner was superb, ate their twice!

The restaurant staff (male servers) were extremely brusque, rude, and rushed us through dinner.The mattress was rock hard.The emergency light on the ceiling was so bright it kept me awake at night.

We stayed here for one night with my family and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean and comfortable

Barely anything

Since far away from the city and near the airport you think its rooms would be fairly capacious, think twice.Also the hotel’s flexibility is egregiously low. Among the confusion of the strike of the train schedule (a very Italian canker for everyone to immure), I have to change the shuttle bus from T2 to T1. Which means per person is 5 euros less. And of course, that is impossible to obtain for even such a small amount thanks to the rigidity of the hotel policy, alas!
