Close to airport and industrial areas good for business meetings

Room was small. AÇ was all on and no matter what you do it is running. I’ve got a cold. Staff told me it is the law that they need to circulate the air. And they’ve checked my room is 23 C and it is normal. And heating was not available.

Clean.

No flexibility inn shuttle schedule despite extreme distance to city center and public transit strikes. Staff was efficient but unfriendly.

Clean and comfortable. It's very near Robinie Golfclub, which was very handy as we were playing there.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice I liked the hotel

Very convenient location

We stayed 2 night the air conditioner the first night was not working. They'd move us to a second room and it was great.

The way the manager, “Maxime”, tried to make up for his colleagues’ bad attitude.

I RESERVED DINNER WITH THE ROOM BUT IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING LIMITTED TO SALAT AND BURATA

Room is standard size, bathroom not the freshest design but clean.breakfast is good, with a large dinning area. The hotel is close to the golf, a good spot if you want to go for practice on free time.Hotel is about 15 min drive from MXP airport.

Hotel is not recent I believe and would need some renovation in the upcoming years. It's quite insulated, better to have your car cause there is not much things walking distance.

Newly renovated and clean room

Noise from the construction site just outside of my room - it started working in the early morning. No slippers, no hair dryers. And I witnessed that one of cars parked in the site of the hotel was stolen with a broken window and the police came to investigate it in the morning when I left the hotel. So it means that it’s not safe at all even in the hotel parking lot just in front of the hotel.

Right in front of the mall, the treadmill in the gym has nice workout programs.

I have been there last year and it was better than now and also cheaper

It fits the purpose - close to work place. Breakfast- well, food was very good.

I did not like and was disappointed when I enter dinning place before leaving hotel afternoon and asked if I can have cup of coffee the young man told me that I can not and need to go to bar…this is Hilton hotel and I believe that it was extremely inappropriate answer. It is not 2stars hotel…I just not coming anymore to this particular hotel. Wrong personnel attitude.

Very bad experience with Hotel & Booking.

The hotel has no flexibility in helping customer with their issue… after they withdraw their reservation money , i requested many times both the hotel & Booking to shift my rooms reservation arrival date due to issue out of our controls, and the hotel did not give us any positive resolution, even booking ignored my issue and they did not provide any assistance to resolve the issue. This issue will be added to my bad experience file for both.

Disappointing

Rude lady at the reception kept us waiting for long to check us and told us we were " lucky " to get a room in the hotel . Terrible restaurant service , said no to everything we requested . Terrible service , I am never going back there again.

Amazing staff, especially Vicenzo from the reception. Shuttle from/to the airport every hour, shopping mall with supermarket within walking distance, decent breakfast, free parking included, very convenient stay if transiting via Malpensa airport.

Not much

The breakfast was really poor! Not much options and if you asked for an omelette you have to pay extra. Also too nosy in the morning with doors always smacking

No breakfast.. No ice machines.. Room was cozy but beds still harder than most in America. Bathroom was clean

Spiders in the corners above the bed. No ice machine.. Not really in a walkable area. There is a shopping center type facility just down the road but there are no sidewalks. No other restaurants within walking distance very busy road.

The room was very comfortable with a very nice bathroom.

The QR code system for parking was confusing. The dining room lacked charm.

Great location near Malpensa Airport. Walking distance to large mall, restaurants, Supermarket. Free airport shuttle.

No hot tub.
