Pros +
- Asked for extra blankets and pillows. Chambermaid, went out of her way to get us. Offered a $5.00 Euro tip.She refused to accept it.Very sad. Will leave it in the bathroom , for her and co-workers after we leave for Canada.Front desk Clerk told me about a restaurant that opened in the area. Offered Tuscan cuisine. To die for. Gave us a 10% discount.

Cons -
- Snootie front desk clerk that asked to keep my wife's Canadian Passport and my Italian one. For the duration of our stay.Kind of pissed me off.Asked him to take a photocopy. He insisted on keeping our passports , like they did in Peking China, the last time our business, dealings took us there. As a resident of Canada and an Italina citizen since 1957. My only ID in Italy, is my Italian Passport. I don't have a residency card. After driving from Treviso to Busto Arsizio. My wife was tired. We made the mistake of gaining entry via the Motel side. She stayed in the car, gave me her passport. Went to check in. Front desk clerk Probably tought I was a pimp from Albania. And I was setting up my wife, using room 123, as a brothel for the night.Well just speculating. Thanks God, the front desk clerk that was training the newby, sorted things out promptly.
- The location and tbe AC
- The reception staff need to be oriented or find another job which don’t require to work with people. The WiFi wasn’t usable for the whole stay. The rooms and other areas need maintenance. Won’t come back.

It is close to Malpensa airport.

Staff was polite and breakfast + coffe was good
It's old outdated building from 80s or 90s . They are trying to keep it in the good condition but outside look a bit old and not maintained. Also it's not sound proofed
Everything was excellent, but we were only at the hotel a few hours before our flight, so for us the price/value ratio was expensive, even though in general the hotel offers fair prices.
Great welcome (including for my dog), two charming receptionists both of whom spoke excellent English, super help with starting the electric charging for my e-car, comfortable room with private individual parking (once the electric charge had finished)directly in front of the (second) entry door to my room, very good breakfast. From the road, the hotel looks smart and welcoming.
The hotel has a VERY seedy look at the back, where the cars are parked, and the entry to these individual parking spaces has to be manually managed by the reception staff. They told me not to try the USCITA to exit in the morning, as it is difficult to navigate, but to go back against the one-way system, the same way you come in. There is a lot of water damage to the back of the hotel, and some places (e.g. two rooms down from mine) where a torrent of water from the floor above has cascaded down and stained everything, or even broken the concrete facing to the hotel walls. Finally, the kilowatt hour of electricity costs nearly €1 (more than double what other hotels charge) : I mentioned this to the receptionist upon checking out and he said he would communicate my dissatisfaction to the manager. There is little economic point in having an e-car if filling it up costs the same as, or more than, a regular car!
Clean and very comfortable. I had a slight issue with my key and the staff were very helpful and resolved this quickly. The rooms are a great size and the bed was very comfortable, nice quiet location and look forward to staying again.
Can’t think of anything.
Perfect location for a Short stay. Helpful staff and excellent breakfast
Breakfast was excellent and served 7-11. Location was easy to reach from the highway. Room was clean. Friendly staff. Noon checkout.
Some of the things that were supposed to be included (free bottle of wine, access to sauna and exercise room etc) were not mentioned at all by the staff. Also staff did not know where to purchase Adblue (essential for our diesel rental car in winter). Bathroom sink lacked a plug.
Breakfast was Wonderful and with a lot of choices. Everything was fresh and the staff was also very friendly and helping.
The heating was a bit too much in the room and there was no control to bring it down.
It’s near the airport and very clean. A much friendly staff and a very well organized motel
The breakfast didn’t have much variety to eat especially that there wasn’t any fruits or vegetables. You need to also boil your own eggs which i found it very weird to do. Secondly the bathroom needs renovation as the shower is about to fall of.
Very nice hotel, great staff & big room.near to our partner in Rescaldina.
Large and modern room. Very tasty and large breakfast buffet. Check-in late at night was possible
Personal. Place was quiet. Late check-ins.
Location is terrible, 1h from train station and taxi to/from airport costs 50-90€. Rooms are not maintained, and they probably don’t use loundry detergent.
Location
My room was the worst room in the hotel from what I see as the pictures are not aligned with what I saw. Bathroom is outdated, poor conditioned, beds were hard like a rock, makes it feel like from a flee market. Ac did not work
Breakfast. Lots of options and Vegan friendly cakes (home baked).
Location is a bit poor, but ok if you have a car.
Hotel D120 offers a couple of convenient features, such as free parking and proximity to the airport, which are great for travelers needing a quick and easy stopover near Malpensa Airport.
Unfortunately, our experience at Hotel D120 was less than satisfactory. The hotel facilities seemed poorly maintained, and we encountered several issues during our stay. The doors did not close properly, the bathroom facilities were subpar, and the air conditioner was not functioning. While the staff made an effort to assist us, the overall experience was disappointing due to these shortcomings.
Very big and comfortable bed! possibility to charge the car. Big mirror and room. Near by airport, 12 min by car.
There were dark hairs in the shower room. The hotel needs renovation a bit. Problems with the air conditioner, could not switch off, so there was a bit cold.
I give a positive rating. The room has everything you might need. Neat and clean. The staff is friendly and will help in any way they can. I really liked the fact that each room has its own free parking space right next to the room.
