Good beds

A e-mail of the hotel that I didn't pay for my stay.The first thing what i did when I arrived was paying for the room.

The rooms were very clean and the staff very helpful. Restaurant served variety of excellent quality food in large portions.

Access to the train station and Bus stops

No night staff, no one telling me about the access code for the side door which I was also unaware of and which resulted in my being locked out at 10pm and having to call the police. Also staff who have never come across a thermo flask before and displayed no knowledge of its function!

Location was great, we enjoyed our stay before cycling to Maastricht. Our room were very comfy, clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent with good coffee

Hotel is nice and breakfast was great. We had stayed earlier in the week and had a family room for 3 which was excellent.

The twin room was very small and in a poor state of repair. Compared to the family room we had on pervious stay the price was very expensive.

there is a very noisy system that comes on in the night a different intervals, woke me up a 0300 and about 0500hrs. which is pretty difficult to do as i am a heavy sleeper. On asking around it also woke man others as well. It either the hot water heating system or the refilling system when someone uses the bathroom. Either way if i had known of it i would have considered not staying there

Breakfast was not good enough, no fresh items eg tomatoes, cucumber, fruit salad. Poor choice of bread, no yoghurt.

The Restaurant Looked nice, although we didn't eat as they would not accept us eating after 8 p.m. on Saturday night! Breakfast was nice, and the cleanliness was OK.

The Rooms and space we were given appeared unfinished, with broken fixtures. When you entered after going up a concrete staircase, there was a bed in the entrance with items stored on it—probably a fire Hazard. The shower head was taped up with Duck tape and fell off when the son used it. The Bathroom smelt of waste as the saniflo had not been vented correctly. The second shower had no shower Screen, and the beads were extremely poor quality and uncomfortable. You could hear outside road noise, so clearly, it was like being outside. There was a door for a balcony used for smoking with no handrail, creating a significant fall and safety hazard. I have not had a worse room experience in a long time. The rest of the rooms may be high quality, warranting a good score. Not ours I'm afraid. Do not book this room. Refund please.

Great breakfast (and dinner) in the restaurant. The apartment felt like it had recently been refurbished. Excellent location.

The facilities in the kitchen were very limited - no washing machine, no cooker or toaster and no coffee or tea (would have been nice to have some available for when we first arrived.

A wonderful hotel in the centre of Leopoldsburg. Comfortable room and lovely shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of beers and food. Excellent choice of food and all very well presented. I enjoyed my two nights here and certainly recommend a stay.

Room was small and we couldn't keep our curtains open because there was no privacy and the view to the inner courtyard is not very nice. The price was quite expensive for the quality.

Had to make our beds, uncomfortable beds and pillows, glad we were only staying one night, prices absolutely do not match the rooms, very disappointing but the staff are brilliant. It's the owner who needs to adjust prices to match the quality of rooms.

Secure storage for the bicycles. Great staff.Good food!

The stay was very good. The rooms were extraordinary clean.basic yet very good breakfast with ample choice.great restaurant which will always accommodate their in-house guests.nice surroundings when walking eastlots of history

If I have to suggest something it would be to decorate the rooms with some small pictures. The walls were empty which gave, the otherwise good room, a dull feeling.

Location of the hotel: 7 minutes to the train station, there is a pharmacy, supermarket, bank nearby.I really liked that breakfast is offered in the form of a buffet, and you can also use the services of the restaurant (in the same complex as the hotel).Room availability: after checking in to the room, you can go to the room yourself at any time.The air conditioner works in the room, all the necessary amenities are available, the bed is very comfortable.Very friendly staff

Terrible place would not recommend to anyone..

I was very tired when I went to the hotel. but the hotel was closed. The police also dealt with the people in the pub, but we could not reach the hotel's phone or any communication link. and I spent the night in the car. :(((((
