Good location, Clean, Friendly & helpful staff.

The price was higher in some days.

The location is perfect there are allot’s of Resturant near by

The Room lights was not working and there was A/C but no remote control

The room is basic, no frills or extras, but was very clean and comfy.

Location was superb for event I attended in Georg Friedrich Hãndel Halle

It would have been great if there had been more kettles available so we could all have hot tea in our rooms whenever we liked.

smell of smoke in the lobby; being woken up at 8.00 by cleaning staff. basic comfort in room and minimum toilet accessories.

Good basic hotel, clean, well located, nothing fancy, minimum necessary

I loved how clean and compact my room was.

There was no single TV channel in English. BBC or CNN or EURO English would have been great!

- breakfast is miserable - 13 euros is clearly not worth it - for this price even sausages and omelettes are not available- water from the shower leaks on the floor - shower stall of poor quality- 4 towels in the room (2 for face and 2 bath towels) but only 2 small hooks in the shower- the refrigerator in the room was missing- beds are narrow and the mattress is obviously cheap - made of foam - so it is very hot to sleep on it.

Spacious room

Extremely basic, lots of rooms when passing had a kettle and tea making facilities plus water. Our room had nothing but 2 paper cups for 4 guests. Pillows Extremely uncomfortable

Perfect location for the opera house; easy access; great staff.

The location is very good, when you have some event in the city center. However the hotel itself is just ok, but nothing special and not worth the price.

The breakfast selection could have been better plus some power sockets in the room should be repaired, so that they do not fall apart when they are used.

room overlooked by many other window and no privacy so curtains needed to be closed, only one lift so on occasion had to wait quite a long time. Small bathroom.

Good location. Clean. Simple, easy accommodations.

The beds were very narrow. None of the vending machines worked - coffee, snacks, parking garage (can’t pay with card if the machine doesn’t work).

Location in the city centre.

- The room was opposite an administrative building with hundreds of windows just a few meters away, so you have literally no privacy, which was really uncomfortable (if you close the curtains, the room is dark, and lightning is bad + you don't want to spend a sunny day with closed curtains).- Breakfast was very ordinary.- No glasses (for a toothbrush or to drink) in the room.- The room was a little bit stinky at the arrival (good later on).

location is perfect and parking underneath the building is convenient, Breakfast area is roomy and light.

one of the coffee machines was out of order. The heating system was mybe working maybe not? We could not adjust.

The room was small, but comfortable. The location was fantastic, across the street from the cathedral and market area with lots of restaurants and shopping. There was a large grocery store next door. The parking garage was very convenient but did cost extra. Breakfast cost extra so we opted out, but it looked very nice. The best part was the friendly and very helpful receptionist! We would highly recommend this hotel.

There were no chairs, just uncomfortable stools. The shower was very small. No closet, but a hanging space.

Perfectly situated in the town centre and right next to a supermarket! Breakfast room is bright and you have a great view over the square.

Breakfast was fine, but basically continental which is a bit disappointing for the price.

Gave up trying to find any temperature lower than boiling hot for the shower, having tried every possible manoeuvre. Ended up washing outside running shower Japanese and washing and rinsing my hair in sink with help from paper cup
