Perfect hotel for staying near the center of Halle, on arrival you receive a ticket for free travel within the halle zone.Although i didnt have breakfast, i was allowed as many free coffees etc as i wanted. The staff were very friendly and the room was lovely and quiet. will continue to use this hotel in the future

Location was great with the tram lines stop in front and shopping center near by. Room and bathroom were good and clean. Breakfast was very good. You get city public transport tickets during the stay.

It would be better if the staffs were more cooperative and if all of them speak English.

Close to train station, mall, cafe, restaurant and grocery.

No air conditioning, old furnitures.

Rooms functional. Clean. Reasonably good location. Wifi good. No complaints.Staff friendliness and helpfulness variable.

4th visit to this hotel. Generally, all pleasant, but rooms a bit cold in the winter, radiators don't really warm up. One reception staff refused to provide extra heater, said "we don't provide heaters". Had an uncomfortable sleep. But next morning, a different staff member was quite happy to provide a heater without any problems! That was a bit strange.

Cleanliness is good.

Staff should have told us about the breakfast and the tickets provided to use local transport. I just get to know at last day that I can use it.Drinking water was not available in the room. Its was given only after the request.

It was a very hot day & there was NO ventilation in our tiny room unless we opened the window & let in more hot air. Very HOT & stuffy in room.

The breakfast

The area. Was like a very run down and dirty area. Looked like a high crime area.

Friendly staff, nice and clean room, good shower. Parking basement under the hotel. The breakfast was good, a quite big selection. The staff filled up the buffet many times. Good coffee! Good shopping center near by. We were there for a festival which was 3KM from the hotel.

A small fridge could be great. The bread in the buffet was dry, tasted like it was from the day before. The neighborhood was a bit frightened, many empty buildings, it has notning to do with the hotel, just the location.

Passable

The price per night is not justified. There is no refrigerator. There was no kettle, no drinking water. The only thing was two tiny bags of "gummy bears" on the bed. For such a price range I expect a little more. We were very disappointed.

The hotel location is good and central.The room is spacious.The bathroom was clean and had shampoo attached to the wall.They have a parking garage for 7 euros a day and a great breakfast buffet!

The room itself was clean but it comes with a carpet. And that carpet smelled very bad and had all kind of stains on it, that I didn’t dare to walk barefoot. I expect a bit more from a 3 star hotel.

The staff

For one night stay it was fine. Use of public transport within the city was included in the hotel price. Location of the hotel was good - easy to reach with a tram, the tram stop in the front of hotel.

The room was a bit outdated. Mold in the bathroom.

I like the location because I am visiting relatives in Halle Neustadt. It is not in the historic centre of Halle though. I got free public transport with the accommodation.

The price is very good, but the rooms are small. They also have an unorthodox structure, which some may say is not feng shui.

Room was good and comfortable, you can rest well there. They give you a card for free transport in Halle during your stay.

People in reception were not nice. I felt that I was not very welcome (maybe because I do not speak German?). Breakfast super expensive (15€), and the area around the hotel seems unsafe.

Easy check in after midnight, friendly staff. The room is straightforward but well-cleaned and decently comfortable.

The location is a bit shady at night.

The room has all basic needs for the stay, nothing fancy but clean and cozy, small but functional. All surroundings are the shopping store and many small shops. the area is quiet and it is easy to go to the main square directly by trams. My purpose is to visit my friend who live nearby this hotel, so I dont need to go to the main city square.

you can find the WiFi password to connect internet in the Lift!!

The size of room was pretty nice, good size of bathroom. I DEFENETLY LIKED THE TICKET FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION!

I would say that it was just old styled, it needs refreshing
