Deceptive parking policy…had to walk 2k to park in municipal lot.

Can't complain. Has everything one needs.

Little bit bigger quilts/blankets on a -10°C cold night would've been better. Also, the main entrance door of the building downstairs should close from the inside. it doesn't close, even from the inside, it stays open the whole night. So basically, anyone can break into the building at night, as outside it's quite dark and isolated and the intruder can reach up to the door of the guest's rooms/apartments with just that one door between the intruder and the guest, before anything unruly happens, God forbid. Other than that, the place is almost ideal. One cannot complain about the facilities at all. Everything is available for a perfect homely stay. All amenities are there.

Lock box located at corner - about 2 doors down from apartment door. Clean place, very comfy beds. About 15 minute walk to main square. Parking free on street, one day we were lucky and quite close, one day had to a park a block away.

Small efficiency apartment had everything.If i had brought food with, I could have actually cooked. And i was happy to be able to turn on a little heat at night.The posted wifi and password did not work. I texted manager, but forgot to send! Sent this morning and got a response within one minute.

I love a recliner to sit in but really there isn't room.Courtyard view more a parking lot view, at least from the ground floor. BUT, I was so happy not to be going up stairs.

Very spacious. Very clean. Big bed. Has a fridge. Very quiet. Close to a tram station. Could walk to the big station as well.

WiFi was horrible. The signal strength was alright. However, most of the websites are blocked as if we were in 1960’s east germany.This is due to the owner’s misconfiguration of the wifi router/extender.Luckily, with a bit of knowledge in software engineering and some help from chatGPT (I used my mobile data to access it), I found out the workaround but it was not easy. I hope they fix it for future guests.I contacted the host but he was not really helpful. He didn’t bother to try restarting the router or anything.Also, they say they have a washing machine and a dryer and we can put money in “your keybox.” I was gonna put a bill in their “keybox” since i didn’t have any coins but what you actually have to do is prepare eight 1euro coins and put in the machine.The shower room door sealing was bad and it flooded the bathroom.

Really perfect location and clean rooms. Good Wi-Fi.

The water was turn off around 7 a.m. and support doesn't answer for my messages about when they fix the issue and what happened.

1. WiFi did not connect to the internet.2. Took two days for the staff to respond to the email query about lack of internet.3. No sheets for the bed.4. Dangerously slippery shower floor.

The house was small and comfortable, and very close to the city center. I had everything I needed. The only small flaw was that the WiFi connection wasn’t very stable or fast. But all in all, I really recommend it!

We had a great stay at Apartmenthaus am Dom. The location was very convenient, making it easy to get around. Our room had a lovely view, which made the experience even better. Communication with the staff was smooth, and they were very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience!

If i remember correctly, the heater can only be on or off in the bathroom without controlling the temperature. It's not a big problem. you just need to turn it off in time in winter. The knife in the kitchen was not working nicely but we managed. (we didn't complain either. Sure they will help otherwise.)

Easy check-in with simple instructions on how to retrieve key for your room. Locations perfect, very quiet, within 4mins walk of the market square! Facilities and all accessories needed were spot on!

Shower lead for the movable shower head was damaged, I had advised them (even WhatsApping a video/detail as soon as I noticed this but they never came back to me....in fairness it was no big deal as the main shower head worked perfect!

I liked that it was clean and there were home slippers.

The stove induction did not work for me. I texted on whatsapp on the provided number but they responded after my checkout. So, I could not heat my food. They should respond quickly

The pictures were better than the actual stay. In reality it’s very small and the building doesn’t induce a very holiday like atmosphere…

Very clean, minimalistic, comfortable bed, great location, close to the city center, all in all, great place to stay!

Clean and perfectly situated for our visit to Halle. The property was clearly well cared for and had everything that we needed. We will definitely use this apartment house again when in the area.

Possibly provide coffee/tea sachets?

Easy to find because of the good description beforehand. Access through the key-box was convenient. Comfortable bed, clean, cozy interior design.

Unfortunately due to the architecture of the house, you could hear every step in the stair case. We woke up often during the night because of this, but it's nothing that can be changed.
