Best Western Plus Parkhotel & Spa Cottbus

Comfortable spacey big room plus big balcony , huge comfortable bed ,shower and bath . We stayed only for one night but definitely will go back !

We stayed in this hotel while traveling through Germany. I was very positively surprised by the quality of the room, availability of the car chargers and the hotel overall. Breakfast was simple but not bad after all.

Nice room with a comfortable bed and a small balcony.Good breakfast offering both fried egg and scrambled egg.

The bathtub is rather shallow.It is weird that you have to pay for parking, given the out-of-the-way location of the hotel (it is in a residential area) and the large (mostly empty) parking lot.

The staff has a bad humour that is unique. Installations very outdated and cold. The restaurant has a good food but they don’t accept dogs, despite the fact that the hotel is pet friendly. I can understand that but they leave a paper in the room saying that there is room service but it’s not true. Nobody speaks English. The only possibility was a pizza without utensils, and the city has no other options. Has a big potential but the place has a bad vibe.

Clean, calm place to stay. Big light room. Friendly and attentive receptionists. Would definitely recommend the hotel to stay.

Location, super clean, very nice wellness and gym, fantastic value for money.

Very clean and almost brand new. Everything is in pristine condition!Rooms also had a decent size refrigerator which was appreciated for cooling some water bottles.

Parking was on an unpädagogischere spot next to the hotel. Not reasonable to charge 3.5€/night for this. Could have parked in the neighborhood if I had known this before. There were plenty of parking spots around the hotel.

expensive, Breakfast for 17 eur. Also paying 3 eur for parking after giving 200 eur for night is a bit unusual.

The interior design was very nice, spacious room, huge bathroom. The room had a lot of storage space for the luggage and nice big mirrors.A lot of nice sitting areas in the room to rest and read a book and watch TV.Nice lighting in the room and bathroom :)

Very tiny shelves in the bathroom to put your stuff, it was a little tight if yu wanted to put the cosmetics bag and other things in the bathroom.

Very modern rooms, tea and coffee in the room. Great to relax after long trip.

Poor breakfast. Too far from Cottbus center.

The hotel is quite new. All materials and finishing is new, modern and arranged in good taste. Specious rooms! Comfortable beds, enough various pillows, all necessary room facilities, very well insulated, great breakfast- all you need, including fresh made warm stuff. It has been one of the best stay I have ever had.

Perfect wellness, clean and modern hotel with polite staff

Although there was no English speaking staff was present during the very late check-in, but they were very helpful and language barrier was not an issue after all.

It was quiet and out of the way. The staff spoke English, and it is the best room I have been in along the Easter side of Germany. Supper nice, easy parking, and great place to relax.

The gym had limited hours. It isn't difficult to find, but the GPS directions are not exactly right on Google Maps.

it’s a bit remote and doesn’t offer high class dinning, but that’s ok if you just know beforehand. I would still recommend this place.

Spacious, comfortable and nicely designed rooms with all the equipment one can ask for. The breakfast held the same standard as the room; awesome.

Breakfast was OK Only had breakfast once out of seven days. Quoted different price on Booking com .Hotel wanted to charge £1 extra per person. Leisure facilities were great, best ever. Bistro type café /snack area. very good light, healthy mealsHousekeeping - Chamber staff were friendly and helpful in the hotel and spa. The hotel was recommended by a well known Surgeon in Cottbus. We chose it because it has a swimming pool.

Staff could have been more helpful and pleasant, at reception - everything seemed an effort for them. They need to be more sensitive and patient to the older age group, who may require assistance with printing out Covid formulae for departure travel. The reception was a brilliant conceptional idea. It is an atrium with stunning lighting features. Unfortunately it did not work well in practice. It is open area and echoed - voices from reception area and conversations could be heard on the first floor right along the corridor. Piped music in corridors was too loud and the restaurant music also was loud it could be heard in our rooms. The restaurant was an Italian theme. It was served by one waitress/ proprietor Italian? she was unfriendly, no hello, no thank you or good bye. She was not busy on the second time we went it. We would not use it again if we came again. My wife was challenged by a club member because my wife does not feel comfortable to go nude. Fortunately the manager came to my wife's aid.

A very positive surprise, one of the better BW hotels i stayed at. Highly recommend.
