No kettle in room, bar closed. No fridge.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main station, clean, and the staff are friendly.

Unfortunately, there was no water heater in the room for making tea or coffee, as is usual in hotels. Additionally, there was no refrigerator either.

I loved the cozy and comfortable atmosphere of the hotel. The room was spotless, and the staff was incredibly kind.

There was no mini refrigerator or water boiler to make tea at night. Whenever I went to the reception at night for some hot water, no one was there, and the lobby was dark, which felt really odd to me. I was worried about my leftover food spoiling. I also tried calling the reception, but no one answered. Because of these issues, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to others.

The room was reasonable in appearance.

We booked a triple room and got a double with a folding bed. This is not a triple room. The folding bed was too small for me to sleep in.

I was very happy with my stay. The hotel is a little older, but it is very comfortable and has everything you need. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A one night stay for a business trip, the hotel is quiet, clean, lots of parking space. Room was small and basic I didn't need more, a few supermarkets nearby, would stay again if in town for a similar purpose.

Nothing bothered me.

The property was close to the train station and well located in the older part of town. The staff were very friendly and helped us as best they could even though we didn't speak German. Rooms were clean and thoroughly serviced, we had a great time and felt we got very good value for money.

The property is a little old fashioned in style and could possibly do with a revamp, but it added to the charm of this quiet little town and we appreciated it more the longer we stayed.

Super nice room, very big and spacious. We were so comfortable. Nice breakfast, a little small for the money but we enjoyed it.

The carpet has stains almost allover the room, the shower hose is leaking massively, no minibar available, old school keys to lock the room even from the inside

Pillows large, would be nice with normalsize option as well. Minibar did not have any refrigirator, so not much use. No the/coffee making options. The hotel personel pointet out that this was not standard ( fridge an the/coffee set) we replied that normally it is not necessary to read all in small print, especially since we are sure both were offered by the hotel in previous years. Breakfast average ( to the boring side). All in all averge og more precise bellow aversge, and surely bellow our expectation. We have stayed at this hotel 3-4 times in the pasdt 6 years. But the quality has now dropped to a level, were even the relatively low price, does not make up for all the ( small but significant) issues, that make you irritated instead of relaxed.

A good location near the city theatre, a very welcome staff, a good breakfast if you live for 2-3 days. A normal room size and the bed. Cleaning is good also.

The room was a little bit warm and it was not possible to have an open window during the night because our room was on the street. There is a road near the hotel and cars drive night long

Our room was very dark. We had two beds under a sloping ceiling. There was no lamp at the beds and we felt like sleeping in a cave (room 330)

Even with late checkout booked, the cleaning personnel came into our hotel room and disturbed us.Not enough car parking places for all the hotel guests. We had to park our car in an uncomfortable place.

Self check in. Room is clean and comfy. Staff friendly.

Nobody was available for my late check in despite repeatedly informing the hotel. This was very unprofessional approach and very disappointing
