Therefore, your transfer to the hotel will be subject to the conditions of the included ground transportation or the private ground transportation service outside regular hours. At any time, the hotel may modify transportation logistics if required due to weather conditions, safety reasons, or instructions from local authorities. The Pier Usage Fee of COP 31,500 per person is NOT INCLUDED and must be paid directly at the ticket office before boarding. IF YOU WISH TO ARRIVE IN YOUR PERSONAL VEHICLE: Please watch the instructional video on how to reach our private parking area in Barú. From there, you will connect to the hotel by boat in approximately 5 minutes.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
