Pier 21 Riverside Apartment Hotel

Friendly greeting by organised staff on arrival made for a very speedy check-in experience. The location and pleasant views were perfect for our short stay for 2 of us. The size of the apartment and facilities is amazing. Highly recommended.

The aircondioner wasn't working very well that we couldnt get warm with it and didn't like the milk went and bought our own. There was only 4 Teas there so could be more left other than that it was great thank you

Room was a good size ( King Suite) and overall comfortable. The hotel was close to our friends home so ideal for our purposes.The hotel is right on the Swan River in Fremantle and affords those who stay in the right room with a good view of the river and marina.

Ground floor expensive room offered no view of the river, just a brick wall which shielded us from an outdoor pool ( noisy). The hotel wasn't overly busy but still had a lot of noise from rooms above and adjacent with families making the usual amount of noise.

View was amazing, looking out over river! Location perfect, we stayed for wedding Port Beach, very central. Room and facilities were perfect for our family of 4, two teens enjoyed the pool!

Ventilation in the bathroom, however, being very picky here - 3 females getting ready for a wedding, wouldn't have helped the situation!

Location was perfect for us. We could easily go into Fremantle or swim at Cottesloe beach. We even saw some dolphins.

Great view from the room. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Pool looked nice. Room was clean.

The parking was a bit tight as we had a SUV.

Pier 21 is a great place to stay in Freemantle WA We were upgraded to a room with a balcony which was great. The room was fantastic and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. The Staff were fantastic.

I used to live in North Fremantle, so it was a great location for me to catch up with old friends, etc. I enjoyed being so close to Leighton Beach, Freo and great cafes.

Parking was a little tricky because the spaces are quite small.

The space itself. Cleanliness, good bedding.Breakfast was excellent but a bit expensive.Great staff.The location is really good and many facilities.

Cleaning the room everyday should be included in the price we paid. Did not like that the room was not cleaned everyday unless we paid extra.People were still partying after 9pm, at 1am they were still very loud. Some guests had to shout at them so that they can keep quiet.The tennis court was used only by one family and we didn’t get a chance to use it. The shower and bathtub taps work at the same time.Flyscreen broken.Plenty of mosquitoes ? on the outdoor chairs and table. The spa should be separated from the indoor swimming pool, for some privacy.The restaurant could offer lunch and dinner, the breakfast was amazing, they could had offered some lunch and dinner where we can sit with the family.

We didn’t like anything it was a terrible property

Very disappointed with this accommodation, furniture was dirty, shower mouldy, dead cockroaches absolutely terrible & I paid $561 per night.

Stunning location, indoor pool and spa area that the kids loved( indoor pool was supposed to be heated but still quite cold) gym and ping pong available. Pet friendly. Staff were friendly.

Was not very clean, room smelt weird, bath was dirty, walking on the floor barefoot left my feet completely black.

The fridge - very noisy.

Breakfast was amazing, delicious and abundant. Good value for money. The position of accommodation was quiet and in a scenic area. Great walking area. The unit was suitable for our stay and added extras to assist with clean up very good. The free laundry with soap powder available was excellent. Grounds and public areas well keeped and spotless.

Parking at site. Not enough spaces for guests often we had to park in the street putting us under extra stress with our hire car. Even when there appeared to be a car space many cars had not parked within a designated spot but took up part of the spot beside the space they were in, thus leaving not enough for the next car. Also the pillows were very hard. The floor seemed gritty when we first went in.

Comfortable beds. Dishwasher.

Fittings in bathroom were either broken (toilet roll holder) or badly installed (taps). Room wasn't completely cleaned when we arrived (bikini top left on door handle). Microwave was handy to have but screen was broken so we couldn't work it properly.

Very popular and very well run business. Great location and very quiet of an evening
