Room smelt of cigarette smoke. Room was advertised as a spa room, was given a jetted tub instead

I liked the fact I requested a balcony room not window room, achieved. The jet spa was a joy.

The furniture was old, drawers and cupboard doors did not close flush. Furniture definitely needs replacing with upgrades.

We have stayed before and it is very good. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The Restaurant is also very good.

The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The spa bath was a great size and worked perfectly. The air conditioning was effective, and the bed was very comfortable. The room itself was spacious, and the location was excellent. The margarita pizza from room service was tasty and satisfying. Although our room faced the freeway, it wasn’t very loud.

The bathroom lacked an exhaust fan, making it quite stuffy and unpleasant after toilet use. The bath was stained brown, likely from the water, and had a few chips. The bath plug could have a better design—its high pointed shape made it easy to hit and painful. The decor in the rooms and throughout the hotel felt a little outdated. Housekeeping also seemed to lack attention to detail: there was sticky tape rolled up on the walls, and the bedside table lamps had dust and stains.

We paid $200 to cover any unforeseen costs through Booking .comWe used $59 and i am still awaiting the rest to be refunded.

The location was convenient and the room was very comfortable and well presented. There was free bottled water supplied with a couple of bonus chocolates which was a nice surprise.

I was not a big fan of the buffet breakfast. Only 3 options for cereal which was disappointing and the supplies of fresh fruit were wanting in selection and quantity available when I sat down to eat at 9am. A charge of $32 or discount at $29 with surcharge on card payment is steep for what is on offer.

The restaurant services and staff and the Poo and gym services

The rooms are a little bit dated and could need renovation especially since i paid the same price for a apartment room and the pullman which had far superior room facilities and was more modern.

The room was spacious and tidy. I also loved how the curtains are ceiling to floor length and when closed completely block day light from entering the room. I believe the windows are double glazed because there is no sound from the Kwinana Highway. Which is just across the road. The bed was massive and comfortable. And the location was close to the city. Paid parking is available on the premises. But we chose to park out on the street. Which was fine as we could see it from our bedroom window. Lastly it was a peaceful stay. Occasionally we heard people passing in the corridor but that's all.

For the price I really can't complain

Large room, great bathroom, quiet, dedicated parking, great location adjacent to river, great for evening walk. Close to freeway, city and Burswood.

Room was dusty, two single beds pushed together, wrong size doona on bed, bed was very hard.

Rooms were very comfortable, clean and spacious. Buffett breakfast was tasty and affordable. Room service was quick and reasonably priced. Overall the food was great. Friendly staff.

Hair in the shower.Carpet is that old and buckling, it is a tripping hazard.Aircon remotes do not work and are the wrong remotes for the aircon in both rooms. You can not change temperatures.TV remotes are for the wrong TV's and do not work - changing TV channels was a hit and miss..Fridge does not work.Kettle power points does not work. We had to make our coffee in the toilet.The room had not been dusted in a long time.The lounge is sagging and worn out.

A Bali blast from the past ;) a spacious, clean and quiet suite with view over park (amazing soundproofing - no traffic noise).

The staff were under too much pressure - literally running around hotel to keep up with work loads. I do not like seeing staff working very hard and still being pressured by restaurant manager to do more - not a very relaxing atmosphere for a restaurant. Meals in restaurant were a bit disappointing - not great quality food.Room was lacking some general maintenance - bathroom sink blocked, missing shower curtain.

We love the Pagoda and wish we could stay there on Perth trips :( Until my late father-in-law's estate is cleared we just can't pay the pirces and have to stay where is cheapest..
