Perfect cleaning and big size of rooms
The staff of reception must be more behave and know how to deal and talk with guests. One of the waiters in a breakfast buffet tell us to pick up our plates???????? The kitchen closed at 8 pmNo snacks that we can order or buy after 8 pmNo lights for outside gardens it is so dark that we can not walk or sit in the garden. The bed not comfortable at all.
Very clean rooms and big size
The deal of reception for the guests.Reception needs to train more on how to talk with guests. The one waiter order us to pick up our cups to put them inside .Waiters needs more training. There is no organised garden and no flowers .No lights so can we walk or site out side the room Terrace. The kitchen closed at 8 pmNo snacks available specifical that hotel outside city. There are no refrigerators in the rooms.
An Ok stop for one...
The restaurant was not able to keep up with the number of guests = very long waiting times to order and get the food. The staff was friendly, but obviously overstretched this saturday night. The room was fine but overpriced. Too few towels. Beds very comfortable, though.
The room size and view with great beds and pillows. Lovely terrace to sit and look at the nature around. Great biking and restaurants nearby
We had a strange smell in the room - they think due to the heat outside.
Excellent location! Small vine testing even close to the hotel. We were given the better room number :)
None, everything was very good and perfect value for money.

Good location close to the N70 trail, Berg en Dal and Nijmegen. Very spacious room and clean.
The room was very spacious, but the door leading to the garden wasn't closing well/insulating creating a bit of draft. Except the seats near the reception at the entrance there is no nice area to sit in the evenings to enjoy a drink and read or talk. The hotel has a lot of potential, but overall lacks cosiness.
This was a very lovely hotel. Breakfast was good and dinner at the restaurant was also very good. We stayed 3 nights and the bed was very comfortable. The room was big and clean. We loved the large windows overlooking a pretty grassy meadow. We loved the location away from the city with nature surrounding. The staff was polite and genuinely helpful. Every staff member we encountered spoke impressively good English and I suspect Dutch and German as well. We completely enjoyed our stay.
We stayed in the big room with the spa bathtub and it was all great except for where they installed the toilet in the bathroom. It is wedged very tightly between the bath tub and the wall. It is also mounted uncomfortably high. But this is obviously just a minor inconvenience and was tolerable.
Beautiful location, friendly staff
Restaurant quality of food can still improve.
The location and the room size
Not enough towels in the bathroom
Beautiful room Nespresso machine for coffee
Not enough coffee creamer and sugar in the room.

environment
Seems unfriendly to Chinese, and the beds is dirty, I found a lot of dust inside. I call for clean up next days, but they still did not change the sheet, that is terrible
A very nice hotel surrounded by nature. The rooms are big and very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious.
Attentive staff, clean and comfortable in a beautiful lovation
Fantastic staff
The breakfast was very disappointing and we only had it the one day.The lift was not working.
