I never been to such a clean hotel before (including toilets and public areas)

None of the staff spoke anything except German, but they tried their best to help. You have to use Google translate to discuss/ask/explain anything there.

Value for a money. Not chic, but freshly renovated, clean place with comfy beds and free parking, 10 minutes to walk to old town.

We made the reservation very late in the night and were immediately contacted by the hotel to insure us they will wait for us. Check in was very quick and easy. The room had everything you need. The location is near the city and easy to find and park.

Not sure there is something to say here. Everything was fine.

There was no breakfast and lift

The description said it was a deluxe room with A/C and various other amenities, to only find out the room was really small, the water wasn't exactly cold either when I used the cold tap, and the same in the shower.

Rezeption 1 big guy with Glases .. He have not respect for guest. He dont know how to speak with people. He have also not Respekt for his worker. He also insult front of me worker. I things he is new and lernen. Air conditioning. So i can sleep good. Too much hot. Shuld be respect all people. Dont do front of guest.

Near to the city core, nice staff, quiet rooms

Quiet neighborhood. I got a big room with a warm shower.

You have to find someone working during the nights inside your reception. It's very strange that in case of emergency during the nights noone is present and available, except from posting a picture with emergency call numbers.. during a single night an alarm was ringing all night long, then immediately fixed thanks to god.

Breakfast is not available even their website says it is, no coffee machines, very difficult to connect to wifi, all instructions in English only German.

The hotel is very clean and very basic. It is more for an overnight stay than as a base to enjoy the town and surroundings. Very courteous and helpful staff.

The room and bathroom are very small. Despite the best attempts of the staff, there was no wifi connection in the room throughout our stay.

The Room was clean and comfortable. A fresh water bottle was left in the room daily. The Staff was lovely and helpful. A short walk into town.

I had fife night at the hotel, unfortunately some other guests were very loud with banging doors until early hours in the morning this happened for my entire stay. The staff was friendly enough to move me to a different room which was the furthest away from the main entrance but this didn’t make much of a difference the noise was still very loud until early hours in the morning. I ended up leaving after 4 nights as I had enough and needed a good night sleep. Stuff was lovely and helpful.

Unfortunately the beds are very hard, some people may like this though :)

Nice place. Very client-friendly staff. Clean, modern and v. comfortable. Close to city center, cafes and restaurants.

Good for an overnight stay, I only required a room to stay overnight and it did well

Hotel located in a nice quiet part of town, not far from motorway. Car park in front of the hotel.

No breakfast! but something different advertised! Really basic hotel, good for one night stay but a bit overpriced for what you get. If you arrive late you may not get a space at the car park.

They didnt show anything, just gave the key thats it, i wanted to go for a cigarette and locked myself out on the main entrance at 10 o’clock no one was there to open, i called several times but the phone wasn’t answered. There was one other customer and they put him right next to our room, they could have used any other room, very disappointing.

The service in general, being told how to get in or get out after closing time, where i can smoke and where i can go for fresh air. The whole time there was nor receptionist

This hotel is new, clean and tidy. And staff is extremely friendly. I will come back

Communication was poor. Nobody would pick up the phone for 3 days prior to arrival and no resonse to website inquiry. Check-in procedure was unclear until the very moment I arrived which was a serious worry ( in the end I was lucky as someone was around when I got there but met plenty of people who ended up without a key and cld not reach anyone, even the phone number if receiption is unattended just rang and rang). To the owners: this is a great little hotel but being left in the dark about the key is a no-go
