- I loved the fact that the hotel was in the Altstadt. It was exceptionally clean.

- I may have missed it on the website, but accessing the hotel wasn't easy with GPS trying to take me through the Fußgänger zone. I eventually saw a sign saying that access to the hotels was allowed. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel as I found the price far too expensive. I walked into the town for a lovely breakfast in a small cafe.
- Internet speed is very poor.This is unfortunate because I would definitely consider using this hotel as a base during my company's project in the surrounding area.I do enjoy all other facilities that the hotel has to offer.But the lack of Internet speed does not allow me to work in the hotel.
- No air conditioning or similar- room was a bit hot in the evening

Lovely authentic hotel with great facilities. Lovely views of the town from the balcony. Nice spa facilities.
The pool was rather cold. 2 single beds pushed together that kept separating down the middle!
