Hotel Rosengarten

Exceptional and very romantic place to stay. Cozy and comfortable interior makes this place to remember.Friendly staff, receptionist waited until we arrived even we are later than expected. Very good and convenient location, everything in a walking distance. Peaceful and quiet at night.

Everything was good, I wish we could stay there more than one night.

This question should ask what I didn't like... there wasn't 1 thing that I could possibly fault.Now that I've just scrolled down, my first comment is irrelevant ?Ok, The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They knew what they were doing, so all check-in procedures went very quickly.The room was spacious, the shower room (toilet) was clean and all facilities were working in order. Bare in mind I'm 6'4" (193cm), and I was very comfortable. Cleanliness was on point ??The situation was perfect as it was right next to the famous salt wall thingy, which is perfect for fresh air. Sorry, I speak my mind, which isn't always clear ??‍♂️???The breakfast buffet was absolutely spot on ? very well presented and tasted fresh. For what you pay to receive this quality of service and hospitality, you really can't complain.

Good breakfast and location.

We were expecting to have room in the hotel, during checkin they told us that our room is 100m far away in the different building, which is not clear during reservation of room. Then we have to come back each morning in the hotel for breakfast.

Location was good as we stopped en route to Berlin ,nice town ,lots of places to eat and drink .

Everything about the Hotel was fine,we stayed in newly refurbished annex ,opposite hotel,a kettle in the room would have been a welcome addition.

The room was a good price as it was in a separate bldg (annex) which was fine. The staff at the desk were courteous and helpful.

Very Spacious room at a reasonable price. Concierge was able to assist us with late check in.

The suite had two bedrooms and a kitchen but was missing basic amenities such as an iron and kettle. Wish we had booked longer stay. We slept there after reaching late at night and left very early in the morning. So no time spent around the town or hotel.

Quite nice apartment on top floor. Comfy beds. Good location for stopping during a longer journey through Germany.

The room was in another address than reservation, even if only 100m away. No elevator so had to take stairs 3 floors up with suitcases. Stairs from 2nd to 3rd floor almost as steep and narrow as a ladder. This was not optimal after a long and tiring day but we made it.

The suite was wonderful, very roomy and it had a little balcony. The hotel is right at the Kurpark and the shopping streets, you can reach everything within a few minutes walk. The staff is very nice and helpful.

I liked everything

Big, clean, comfy rooms and one of the best breakfasts in a hotel!!

If you get in the main hotel building it overlooks the Gradierwerk- amazing location. Lovely little town to explore.

Disappointed that we were in a building round the corner, especially when we arrived late and it was raining. The suite was adequate but not fancy. Frustratingly some of the windows did not have blinds so was very bright in the summer, not great for sleeping. We left a plug converter and cable, but didn't hear from the hotel.

Depressing and tired

Smelled damp, old fashioned, tired furniture, poorly lit. The place was desperate for a renovation. From the little I saw of the staff, the woman came across as surly. Would not recommend at all. Pictures were misleading.

Location of hotel, breakfast.

Poor WiFi signal in the room, lack of tea or coffee facilities in the room.

The location of the hotel is great, right close to the entrance of the Kurpark, its a quiet area in a nice garden setting.The room and specially the bathroom, was very big and comfortable, for the price a real value.

The darkness in the hotel.We checked in the evening.On reaching the designated floors where my room was located, the elevator doors opened to a pitched dark room. On stepping out of the elevator into the pitched dark room, the motion sensor switch then turned on the light. In some places (common area outside the room and the staircase), we had to look for the light switches.All other amenities are good
