Best Western Plus Hotel Ostertor

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choices. The hoffbrauhaus inside the hotel is very convenient. I loved the parking in the garage as you could do everything on foot.

Nice comfortable room, only downside my room had a bathtub so you have to shower in the bedtub which can be slippery. The other room had a walk in shower which would have been better.

Location was great. Enjoyed breakfast, good selection. Rooms nice and beds comfortable.

The pillow was too soft and we only had 1 each in our room.

great place for the money - breakfast was good, the Biergarten resto had "Leberkäs" :-), quiet room, good location for passing through Germany (from Spain back to Stockholm). Good standard hotel with no unwanted surprizes - a very reliable bet at a good price. Slept very well, all was quiet.

As always a very nice place to be. It feels still new. It is modern and has the best location in town - absolutely central. The supermarket and the restauration 'Hofbräu' all in the same building is a big plus.

The room safes in the new attachment across the street are simply too small. No laptop goes into them. So I always had to bring back my real valuables into the car - not what you expect from a 4star hotel.

Breakfast was fine, Aliexey helped us checking in and explained a lot about the surroundings. There is parking and it's close to good restaurants.

Nice and clean rooms, silent environment. Everything is there to make the good stay. The restaurant is also very nice. good food with quality products. big portions. Underground parking with enough space to park. Extended breakfast buffet.

Just a small remark. I missed some botteled water in the room. But that is just a very small issue.

Breakfast was perfect for us. Nice selection and not too heavy. Location was exactly where we wanted to be. Close to the Kurpark, shopping and restaurants.

No fault of the hotel but our room was right in the street and could get loud with horns honking and people shouting. But not a constant problem.

Breakfast buffet has limited choice of different food. Parking to be paid even if it is the parking of the close supermarket

Everything. Couldnt recommend enough. Modern, clean, comfortable, great staff, lovely restaurant and bar.Stayed somewhere else in town, wasnt happy - moved out after the first night to go here, do not regret that decision.

paid 15 Euro for 1,6 kg Yorkshire. they offer „0“ service for dog, but want the money for nothing!!!just std room with no dog specialties and only 1 plate with water at the hotel entrance, so called „Dog Station“how expensive is the water there??????

Breakfast excellent, room/bed comfortable and good air con, good food and beer in HB house below, good secure underground car park, nice to have the fridge in the room, I can’t fault the hotel

Very quiet room on the 2nd floor , very good size and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection of food for all tastes.

Very good breakfast. I arrived late and left early so I hadn't time to explore the facilities. Grocery store next to the hotel.

Beds. I don't like the Tempura mattress (or similar). Also I hate when they use theese plastic mattress covers.

The location is fantastic, the breakfast was great and the sauna was cool

Disappointing!

Even though the room price was 87€, the receptionist lady made us pay the extra city taxes and the parking, so the price went up without any prior announcement and the lady just didn't care for that.

the hotel is very close to the center, comfortable car parking and new structure. Strategic position and good intercontinental breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean.

The only issue I had was with WI-FI connection speed which was alternate and slow. Not good to work on my lap top
