Simple room. Beds and bathroom are OK. Breakfast is fine. Good value for money.

Hard to find. No sign by the road. Rooms are quite small.

Our room wasn’t one of the newly renovated so it was very old looking and basic.

The are cheaters . We booked a room az 29 euro with shared bathroom - they charged us 68 euro at the end . They were really cheating in all way

That they were treating is from the first moment very unprofessiomal. No english at all - just polish

The hotel has a very nice staff, and good breakfast.

We were welcomed by drunk,rude hotel guests drinking alcohol from plastic cups. They were wright by the main entrance. When we got to the room, the main bad had only 1 duvet, the other one was in the closet. Even when the staff knew it will be 4 guests staying the sofa was still not transformed into bed( in the reception we were informed the douvet and pillows are insine the sofa and we have to do it ourself). The whole stay was not the greatest experience.

The place was great for a night while we were passing by to Germany. Price is affordable and optimal for what they offered. It was a quiet night so we didn’t get any problem at all with the shared bathroom. Everything was clean and impeccable.Parking is available for a fee, 24hours someone at the reception.

Misleading photos and descriptions that do not accurately reflect the condition or quality of the room. The “resort” listing on booking shows a lot of good quality rooms- but that’s not what you get. You get a room like the pictures from the “economy” listing on booking. Yes. Be aware. There are two listings for the same hotel and they deceive you with their pictures. Also something fishy about the description regarding the bathroom, the title says shared bathroom and the description says private bathroom- and that’s on the same listing. They will not acknowledge anything and they will not compensate you. There are many reviews and people who have had the same experience.

The only positive thing was that it was close to the highway and the hotel has a fair restaurant.

The accommodation is poor, the receptionist is not friendly. People has a feeling that they were charged for plenty of additional costs, without any service, so the price was way more than it was advertised.

Rooms are relatively new, however cleaning is not perfect (we found a cigarette on the bathroom floor). Breakfast is relativily good. Reception seems to be open 24/7

Cleaning is not perfect (see above), location is far away from everything. There are no features of any kind of resort, building at least from outside looks bad. Parking is very expensive for that location

Location is good if you travel by car and can sleep almost what so ever place. The room was clean and no bed bugs. Points to lady wanting to help because I needed a new charger for the laptop telling that the closest shop is some 6 km away but checked if there was a charger some other customer have left.

I did not expect a five star hotel, but there are things that irritate. I did not book breakfast, because I wanted to leave early. Lady in the reception offered breakfast telling that it starts at 6. In the morning I was told that it starts at 7. When I complained in the reception, the chap told that it is stated in the paper. So as a customer you should not ask from reception, not believe what they tell you but only read the papers. The walls in the room are thin, so you hear what is happening around you. Location if you travel by car is good, though the place in low-end industrial area is not inviting.

Recently renovated, spotless room. Easy to access from autostrada 3 without need to drive through busy Szczecin. A big car park.

Location, breakfast

From the room you can hear people talking in the reception, the sounds are so loud that it is simply impossible to sleep. You can hear every step on the corridor, as well as people watching TV in the next room. Staff was not helpful enough and quite rude, also cleaning people being rude when saying good morning to them. Receptionists don't speak English at all.

Intense smoke and perfume smell. We did not stay overnight at this hotel.

When we opened the doors to the hotel room, we were greeted by a strong smell of perfume and old cigarette smoke. We asked for another room that was not smoked in, but there was the same perfume and smoke smell in the other room.We opened the windows and doors for about an hour to air out the smell, but it was still just as intense. We have stayed in many hotels in Poland but never experienced anything like this. We asked to get the money back but the manager refused. We moved to another hotel.

There is no lift. The location is far from the centre. Hotel parking is expensive.

Wifi signal very weak, not constant, need to ask for code from personal to connect. No laundry. Difficult to adjust water temperature in the shower. All information only in polish language, difficult to understand if you are not Polish

I liked the location, parking, good breakfast. Overall we are very pleased.
