Pros +
- Staff and boss is very friendly and nice. The staff can speak English. The boss even treat us free cup of free coffee in the morning when he saw us waiting for taxi to come after checkout. Clean hotel.
- nice breakfast, large room, good location (not far from AREA30 fair), large parking lot
- Good location near autobahn . Young chap on reception was friendly.
Cons -
- I went there in the end of September and it is already little cold. The duvet can not make me feel warm during night. There is no space to put my toiletries in the bathroom .
- the hotel is also located to a factory and a warehouse. A bit too noisy especially early in the morning. With different windows this issue can be solved.
- Strange decor . Could do with updating . Cobwebs in room. Stains on couch .

The Hotel is well located to the Area30 business fair.
The acoustic is really poor. You ear everything on the room close to yours.
Check in and out was quick and easy despite Covid. The room met our expectations, no complaints. It must have been redone recently. Free parking in front of the bldg.
Downside: no breakfast although it was advertised as such on booking.com. No glasses, cutlery or anything available in the room but we did receive glasses upon inquiring. Two mattresses on the queen size bed, the gap is a bit annoying.
