Hotel in center of the town. Old style building (stairs) but nice rooms.Breakfast was good and plentiful

The access to the underground parking.. As long as you need access to the underground parking (3-5 minutes walking distance), during "office hours", the waiting time for opening the gate is acceptable. When you want to enter the underground parking outside these hours, it is not easy at all, even almost impossible.

Everything is close, great for shopping, eating, enjoy a drink

Location is good. Spacious room.

The noise from the stairway is disturbing. Whenever somebody uses the stairway, there is stepping noise in the room.

Fortunately we had a room at the back side of the hotel. The front side faces a square with lots of pubs.

Checkin was closing at 19:30, which I did not see when booking the hotel. The rooms are not well insulated for noise protection, which is particularly unhelpful as hotel guests that enjoyed the pubs outside came back around 2.30am. Simply walking and talking in the hallway can be heard very easily inside the rooms. Breakfast room is hidden in the basement, better to get out and use breakfast in one of the restaurants/bars around.

Good location in the market square. Huge number of restaurants eetcafes for dinner, the hotels own restaurant is being refitted. Hotel has its own covered bike storage behind a door that is locked at night, recommend locking your bike. Good breakfast now taken in the well fitted out basement.

Great location right in the center of Harderwijk! Nice big room, very friendly staff, and a convenient place to park your bike, and even charge it if you have an e-bike!

You pay quite a lot of money and breakfast(13.50€) is not included. At least a continental breakfast could be included. There were soft plastic cups didn’t like that, prefer Bio plastic ones.

Location was great.Right in the centre of the town. The rooms were basic and clean.

Small room.Tight and steep staircase. Overall it was fine for a group of lads and we didn’t spend anytime there apart from showering and sleeping.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, there are loads of restaurants and shops nearby

Little noisy, but great rooms

Excellent location. Really quiet room even though it was located in the middle of what it seemed the center. Only stayed in Harderwijk because it was close to Walibi, but it exceeded our expectation. Can't rate the staff because there wasn't any at the time we arrived at the hotel (1:00 am)

The staff is very nice and when we arrived a little early our room was already available. The hotel is in the middle of the center of Harderwijk and is close to the new part with its beach and fish restaurants. Our room was on the third floor so we had to walk some steep stairs. So keep that in mind when you bring heavy suitcases. We will definitely come back!

The room was clean, big and the hotel was at a very central location. The personnel was friendly and the balcony was a huge plus for the room (which was a suprise for us)! We're going to choose the same place if we visit Harderwijk again.
