Location was good, close to the Parque 93, the building looks nice and the staff is very friendly and accomodating

incredibly noisy, guests in other rooms can be clearly heard through walls and doors. wifi speed was ridiculously slow. even though advertised as small appartment with kitchenette there was zero stuff in there other than a microwave hotplate and fridge. no plates, no coffee maker, no forks or knives. all the while asking more money per night than the very close by situated Dann Carlton.

Well, we checked in and found the plumber in our room! He didn’t know they were people checking in. He left and we got to the room and the shower did not work. The front desk officer pretended we needed to wait till the morning to shower after travelling for 12 hours.We managed to convince her to get another room, well guess what! The bed frame was broken and very uncomfortable to sleep on! Very dangerous for your back!They did not clean the rooms as promised, we had to complain to have this done!

Location and good price for breakfast

The towels were not white. I did not want to use them.

The place accommodated my family of 5 very well. There were 2 bathrooms so that was great. Enough space for storage and a nice kitchenette area. Large balcony next to both rooms although we did not use it. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was super attentive everywhere.

The only thing noted was that the beds were a little bit too firm for our taste.

The apartment has a kitchen with nothing in it, not even a spoon or a cup, nothing at all. The breakfast is very poor.

very bad experience

I didn't have internet in my room during my entire stay, even though I complained to the reception on three occasions.There was no television service because there was no internet.There was nowhere to put even shampoo in the shower.Several delegations of athletes were staying at the hotel and they made too much noise. At 5:00 a.m. the coach would knock on the athletes' doors and yell at them to wake them up and not let them sleep peacefully at that time. I tried to contact the reception to complain and they didn't answer. When the athletes woke up at night they would play music very loudly and in order to be able to talk to each other they would do so by shouting.

Location and Housekeeping staff were great. Units are spacious and tidy.

The listing cites a gym as an amenity, there is none Units did not have enough lighting, leading to very dark evenings in the living areas. Additional lamps need to be added. Units do not have individual HVAC control so the air could get stale and cold in the evenings. Never felt any air movement. WiFi is great in the living area, but is slow in bedrooms and drops once the door shuts.

The room I got had clear water damage in the bathroom, probably associates with the lack of ventilation (yes, any odors generated in the bathroom will either be saved for later if you keep the door closed, or quickly fill the rest of the room).The shower's water temperature was unstable, quickly jumping from hot to cold during usage.The breakfast was underwhelming with just a handful of options and terrible coffee.The wifi range was bad. My room was on the far east and couldn't get a stable connection.

Poor food, few options, no bread, no arepas, nothing... Very disappointed.

The rooms, no maintenance, bad odor, broken pieces, doors, sinks, no cups for coffee o glass for water... construction in the next property...

Good location, polite staff.

Bathroom was dirty. Room was tiny and without ventilation. Pillows were very uncomfortable. There is a building being built next door, so it gets noisy. Price seemed slightly high versus the quality.

WiFi is extremely slow in the rooms and sometimes the connection is interrupted, works better in the lobby

Friendly and sweet staff. Bed was exceptionally comfy (might be temperpedic). Room is massive. Feels very luxurious for the price. Water pressure is good in shower. Location is great.

Overcharged 3X for room (make sure you read the receipt, was easy to reverse and didn't seem intentional). WiFi constantly cuts out (max 5mbps when connected). Got stuck in the elevator for an hour. Room key stopped working. Noisy (construction all along street, people party on weekends next door). Kitchen isn't equipped with anything (no cups, silverware, pans, trash can, etc).

Comfy beds, breakfast is great and the service is top

The property's location is great, but it needs significant maintenance on the inside. The bed was too soft, and the bathroom was in poor condition. The water in the shower was yellow, and we had to wait for it to run until it became clear. In general, the property requires substantial improvements given its excellent location.ts excellent location.

Installations

There is a small supermarket walking distance from the hotel. The room was clean.

There is a construction going on right behind the hotel. The drilling noise is unbearable, you hear and see the workers right outside your window. The room was very dark and the first night I even found that a lightbulb wasn't working and they couldn't fix it right away so they had to come in the next day to replace it. The mini fridge was leaking water and wasn't working properly so they also had to come in and fix that. The elevator broke down the first night as well and had to take the stairs. I also did not like the fact they don't have an actual menu to select from. The breakfast buffet is very limited and the coffee is terrible. Last but not least I had to call to report the neighbors who were extremely loud.

The location was good, the room size and setup was nice. The staff was helpful and breakfast had good options.

The bed was way too soft and the shower was odd and not functional.
