Mercure Bogota Calle 100

The staff is extremely accommodating and the hospitality is through the roof. We were able to check in early and when we needed services done to prepare for a friend's wedding; they helped us find all the services. I would stay again next time in Bogota!

There is nothing. The room was great and everything was very clean, even the hotel breakfast and food was amazing.

I liked the staff working in the restaurant. They were very nice.

I would appreciate who could speak English in the front desk. I would also appreciate soap in the public restrooms, stable internet (the Hotel's wifi wasn't sufficient). I didn't appreciate mistakes on my bill.

They definitely need to upgrade the televisions in the rooms. This is my 5th stay and 4/5 TVs are dark and have no brightness . Very difficult to watch anything during the day

Some of the staff were rude and unhelpful. At times we felt like we were a nuisance to them. They definitely were nor happy and smiling in their work.On one occasion, returning from a day sightseeing, the room had not been made up, so we decided to wait in the bar area. We tried to order cocktails only to be told no, as the bar man didn't know what to charge for them.On another occasion, the same barman, Victor, took so long to bring our order for 2 beers, we are talking 20+ minutes, and I had to make a complaint at reception. There was no apology given for this slow service.Furthermore, Victor charged a service charge without asking if we would pay, and also charged more on the card machine, than the price of the drinks.In all, this made our stay quite uncomfortable, and I had to question whether there was some subconscious homophobia going on, as we are a gay couple.There is a tremendous amount of learning needed at the Mercure Calle 100 to come from this feedback.

Building shakes all the time like there is an earthquake. I asked about the problem and they said it’s the earthquake design of the building. Its terrible for sleeping ?

Everything was great - from comfort and cleanliness to the staff. Only minor issue is that the location is not very walkable and cutoff from surrounding neighborhoods by highways and large avenues - so you have to take a taxi everywhere. But it was great value and I highly recommend it if you are okay with the location.

Really spacious and clean rooms and friendly staff. In a quiet area but not far from restaurants, bars and cafes. Good value for money.

Amazing soundproof rooms and quiet, it's beside at least 2 major roads one a highway, didn't hear a thing, superb location close enough to Parque 93 for me by foot or bike. Very comfortable room. Didn't have the breakfest but it seemed reasonably priced just less than 10 euro. Reception staff lovely very welcoming. Would return.

Nothing, exceeded expectations. Tiny complaint, the shower gel and soap and hand lotion were poor quality, would suggest better brands. Really insignificant complaint.
