The food

Al reservar la habitaci¿n me mostraron una y al llegar al hotel me dieron otra completamente diferente, habl¿ con el gerente y fue s¿per grosero, no me dio ninguna soluci¿n aparte de que pod¿a irme con devoluci¿n gratis del dinero.

I love the location, and all the nearby amenities were fantastic. It’s within walking distance of 93 Park, where you can enjoy excellent food and drinks. The room was very comfortable, with a perfect bed, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless.

The window doesn't close properly, so you can hear noise from the street. Next to the hotel is an Oxxo store, and people stay there to drink alcohol, so at night there's a lot of noise from them.

Good value for money, excellent location and super friendly. I had a private room, double bed and it was fine, breakfast included. It was a bit dark but comfortable enough.

Location was excellent, near Parque 93 and easy to get to the best spots in Chapinero.

The bathroom towels were small, some parts of the room were not clean, and I was not able to open the closet fully because one of the doors was hitting a lightbulb.

Good: the price was really good for the size of the room, number of beds and specially location. The breakfast was really good, a good quantity, and with different options including vegan and vegetarian. I had the vegan breakfast and was great! The restaurant/ reception is also quite nice.Bad: beds were to soft and there is humidity in the building.

The information of booking did not match with the room they gave us, we had to pay an extra fee for matching our expectation.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. V chill environment and located in a great neighbourhood for restaurants and walking around.

Not that social of an atmosphere, mainly just remote workers it seemed.

The guys at the reception were nice and polite, they all speak English, which is really rare in Columbia. We had a huge television with Netflix in the room and we felt like we were in a movie theater.

The decorations were nice, but the rooms need some refreshment. Also, it is a bit dark! We spent some time looking for how to turn on the light in the bathroom.

Breakfast was small and you could only choose one plate from the menu, it came with one small cup of coffee only, wasn’t enough for breakfast. There were not many options for juices, in general food wise for the morning was slightly disappointing. The room was also quite dark, a lot of small lamps but some overall lighting is needed

Location. Just a 5 minute walk to the park La 93, and 2 minute away from the Spanish consulate. The hotel restaurant doesn't have a large number of items, but the offer is very tasty.

The hostel’s location is excellent—safe to walk around, with many lovely parks within walking distance. This was our first two days in Colombia, so we had a few things to arrange (like getting a SIM card—there’s a big Claro shop nearby—and withdrawing cash; there are many safe and easily accessible ATMs in the area). To get to the city, we used Uber, which was affordable.

Honestly, what I expected from the Selina brand based on my previous experiences was what I missed the most. For example, while they still have a bar, it was closed most of the time. Overall, it’s an OK hostel in a good location, but it feels slightly overpriced compared to others.The staff were kind and friendly, but a bit more attention to detail would be appreciated. For instance, we booked a transfer for a time-sensitive bus, but the driver was sent to the wrong location. During checkout, I almost had to pay for something I had already settled. Of course, there was no bad intent, but it added unnecessary stress.The room was fine, but it didn’t feel as “cool” or design-focused as it looked in the photos.

my socket near the bed did not work and the beds did not have individual lights, so it was tricky. when someone enters the room turns the light and leaves it for some time. also you need to put someone card like in the hotel.
