BOG Hotel

The location was great, walking to nearby restaurants. The massage I had there was one of the best I've ever had. The breakfast was good and the hotel was quiet.

It was more of a business hotel than I had expected. The vibes upstairs at the pool were pretty lame. I had hoped for a more vibrant energy.

Location and room comfort

We were about to be charged for a complimentary service we didn’t request. The lady at the front desk received our complain and at the end said. “Send and email”. Not helpful nor interested

Needs some maintenance, especially in the room bathroom. Breakfast is limited and slow service

They charged me for a welcome package that I never agreed on. They should ask guest if they want it beforehand, or state clearly that is a mandatory fee

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Zero zero attention to detail. Over charge for basic services. You have to pay for basic things like soaps, Internet and water!! Where in the world does it work like that! Staff not friendly. Internet don’t work. Hotel run down.

Comfy rooms, nice pool. Nice bar.

I have stayed at this hotel before so I was comparing it to the last time, my room was not as nice as lower level floor and there was not an a la carte breakfast menu which was offered before.

Breakfast was great, the room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the hotel was clean and modern and the staff were helpful

Unfortunately the rooftop pool and bar were closed the days we were there.

Great central hotel in Chapinero, kind staff, especially in the breakfast room.

It was very noisy at night and we could hardly sleep due to the street/party bus noise (it was a Saturday, and we were given a room on the 3rd floor).

Location and the buffet was good. Restaurant's manager was always attentive to all our requests.

Everything was almost ok, they almost have a great breakfast buffet, but they missed having more vegetables, they almost have comfortable rooms, but they dont give complementary water, they are almost ok with the spa, but it was too cold, they almost had a great service, but the housekeeping needs to improve.

This property was spectacular! The staff were unbelievably kind and helpful. your needs are anticipated before you even know you need them. incredibly comfortable, spacious and accommodating.

our room didn’t seem to get cold. the thermostat was set to 18 but it was definitely warmer than that. even after asking the front desk about it, they could not seem to find an issue with it, but it definitely wasn’t getting as cold as it should have.

The hotel is very nice with great facilities (rooftop/pool area, gym, restaurants). The room are very spacious and comfortable.

I had the surprise to find a couple of maintenance workers repairing the AC when I got into the room.. A bit of a poor communication/coordination for a 5 star hotel but the staff were great in giving me recommendations as I was waiting in front of the room for repairs to be done.We didn't like the answer we received when we asked for late check-out as an extra fee is automatically paid to include that service (depending on availabilities). This is something that is well marketed to explain that fee and we asked around 3am when we got back so the team should have had a clear view at that point rather than just "we'll tell you tomorrow" as we were already tomorrow. We ended up checking late as not told otherwise but we couldn't set the alarm later because of the lack of visibility, which defeated the purpose of a late check-out.

It was nice but felt a little dated. Location was good. Breakfast buffet was average but the ordered food was good.

The air conditioning in the rooms, they were too hot. The wallpaper was peeling and the location of the toilet at the front door was odd.

The room looks great but the windows.. the view has been blocked! You feel enclosed! i love space and light. Room cleaning was not great....

The location was perfect and the room was very comfortable and clean. Highlight for the delicious breakfast with a great variety of options. Staff was super friendly and professional.
