A city onto itself. Brilliant location. Fabulous breakfast included. Loved my apartment! The staff is superb! I will only stay there from this point forward when I travel to Bogotá Colombia

Room lights, i had to work but the lights were very low, and the lamps lights were also low.Would like to get stronger light in the desk.

The apartment I was assigned at this time was terrible because around the apartment there were apartment owners, and they made a lot of noise every night and every morning a lot of dogs were barking.

We loved the facilities and the service. We give the staff 6 starts!!

The apartment itself needs more up keep and update. we understand that maybe the idea is to keep the hotel with classic and conservative look. However, the apartment looked deteriorated. We also felt that the stuff around the apartment can improve like kitchen utensils, heaters and the entertainment like Netflix, YouTube and apps. One thing to keep in mind is that we left some food to eat it later at night and when we came back the food was not there, maybe the person that cleaned the room threw it away thinking it was done but we saved it for later, next time it will be better to ask or leave things in the kitchen.

The location is truly unbeatable, and the staff were consistently welcoming and helpful—definitely a highlight of the stay. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, even if the décor felt a bit dated. Breakfast was decent, and with a few tweaks, it could be even better. We did notice a faint odor coming from the kitchen, but it didn’t significantly affect our experience. Overall, a very pleasant stay with exceptional service and a location that’s hard to beat.

While overall it was a good stay, a few things could be improved. The kitchen had a noticeable odor that was a bit unpleasant. The room, though very clean, felt outdated in terms of decor. Breakfast was okay, but not as fresh or varied as I’d hoped.

La Fontana Estelar always offers a secure and friendly ambiance. The staff is increíble and attentive to all my family necessities.

I would pay more attention in the tools available in the apartments. It will be nice to have an air fryer or a little oven for cooking, always have a kitchen paper towels, and more cooking utensils.

They should wash the curtains and change the towels as they seem old. If you don't like noise you should request an apartment facing the interior of the property as the ones facing the street can be noisy

When the staff at the check-in gives you a paper to sign, they have to give you time to read first what you are going to sign, only one time I found one staff with lack of experience or poor manner, or unfriendly.But everyone else were very kindly. The waiter at Maki Bar, thank you for his kindness. Excellent service in the breakfast restaurant on the 3rd floor. Paola and Peter, a big hug for you both. Keep it up, you deserves a 10+ because you know how to serve, with your kindess and very helpful. The cleaning lady, a great thank you, the apartment is always very clean.Bless to be blessed

The exterior of the hotel is very beautiful and the hotel is in a very good location.

The apartment's furniture looks a bit dated. I had the impression that the breakfast on the first floor is much better than the one on the second floor, which is used for apartments.The daily surcharge of 120 thousand pesos for pets seems excessive to me.

Clean and nice layout.

Hard to get coffee at the restaurant in the morning. The room was not cleaned the last 3 days so I had to buy toilet paper and trash bags.

We had a great experience in Estelar la Fontana. Very safe historic hotel, several restaurants inside the hotel. Buffet breakfast. It’s an old hotel but rooms are renovated. It’s really close by one of the most popular malls in Bogotá (unicentro). Very good price

Spacious apartment, good location, helpful staff, great breakfast.

Outdated kitchen, broken blinds, beds not too confortable, long wait for hot water.

Blinds were not good and room was not dark at night. Room was in front of the aventure which make it noise.

Old, broken and dirty Forniture. Need to invest $$. Rooms need to be fully refurnished.

overall the place is amazing but the kicker here were the beds, they were so hard to sleep on, traveled with my family and only one bed was king the other were single and all hard as a rock, back pains during and after the visit

the beds,it really ruined the overall experience for the stay as had back pains every morning and when asked about a change was advised those were the only options so would not stay there ever again as not my idea of having back pains while at a hotel due to the stiff bed for the price I was paying
