I like the location verry clean and the staf are amazing they have a constuction in the beelding but thats fine becaiñuse everything is nice

They don't have allot of towells they need to put soap shamppo condicioner and paper in the restroom and more bet sheet and also a ironing soap in the kitchen broom but every thing was good and nice.

I stayed there almost 3 weeks and this experience really contributed negatively to my trip to Colombia. There were permanent "constructions" in the building which caused a lot of problems. I stayed in the apartment with kitchen and bathroom. They wanted to give me one which had a whole (50x50cm) in the wall under the bed. There was supossed to be a window (glass) but it wasn't. I rejected staying in it, so they moved me to a normal one (with the glass in this whole). But after I was gone for 2 days, I came back and I found a dust on my bed and... the glass/window was gone - so just the whole in the wall!! After I was arguing with them, they moved me to another apartment (I had to pack all my stuff and unpack it again, had to cancel an important call to do it - it cost me a lot of stress and time). The second apartment was ok, but:- both of them weren't properly cleaned (mainly hair in the bathroom, some dust, very dirty window in one of them; also the carpet super dirty)- there is like a 24/7 security but the problem is that the guy not always is downstairs and sometimes you have to wait like 10 min after he notices that someone wants to come; there is no other option (no key, no code etc,); I felt uncomfortable waiting sometimes during the night for some time outside- it's super noisy (but it's normal for Medellin); my window was broken and they promised to fix it the next day but it never happened...

Nice new building in a super calm area but close to avenue 33. Rooftop is appreciable, balcony room well organised with cooking area.

The man at the entrance was alone, working 24/7... as the client has no key of the main entrance, we ve had to wait for some others to open the door.... 20 minutes once. And because the building has still workers working on tubes... it makes some noise daily. It was announced that access to waching machine, or room cleanup was available, but nothing during the 12 days we stayed there.

Love the location in Laureles. Though a taxi away from metro. Sebastian at the front desk, very friendly. Washing machines, weight room, jacuzzi all in good shape. Walk to lots of restaurants/ groceries.

I had to go out front to smoke, get locked out side, kinda a pain from 7th floor. Also a couple of times I waited 20 minutes to be let back in. The bathroom smelled like sewage in apt 7G
