Pop Art Hotel CLC Puerto Mamonal Cartagena

Rooms are nice. The hotel itself is nice. Location was okay for me (going to work).

Flies all over the dishes, napkins, cutlery and food in the restaurant (inside, outside and over the buffet). I wasn't capable of eating breakfast or anything from the hotel restaurant because of this. Also some dishes were dirty.

We chose this hotel because it was located close to the port where our vehicle would arrive via ship, so therefore we didn't mind that it was located in an industrial area. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with great beds and an excellent shower. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, even arranging a tour to the National Aviary for us as we waited four days for our vehicle to arrive. The only disappointments were that neither of the two jacuzzi tubs were working and that the restaurant had very limited choice, as many of the items on the menu were unavailable.

Everything, food is nice, people are helpful. Rooms are serviced very nicely. All good.

Lobby needs airconditioning, breakfast menu should change more frequently and rooms.must have SMART TVs

I told them I will extend my stay, they confirmed but then they had no room but I ordered a parcel and had to leave the hotel! A bit of hiccup!

Under construction; no hot water in the night; no hot water in morning; air conditioning worked poorly; talked to front desk and was told it was working on our way out. I had paid for two rooms and both did not function. manager offered me a 2USD discount on a future stay. Insulting!

Too many mosquitoes. Breakfast is ok but not always ready on time. some of the beds need change as they are sunk to one side due to use.

stayed because it was close to a village We worked in. But far from anything of importance in Cartagena.The breakfast and food in general was horrific. tasteless, dry and at times off-tasting.the beds were strange and uncomfortable to sleep in over time. The place was not the cleanest and one of us got a nasty rash from the sheets. Most of the facilities were closed, and it was pretty run down.
