absolutely bad Internet, not even for remote connections to office that requires low bandwidth... breakfast was only a small arepa and egg every day

The gentleman who ran the restaurant was overbearing hovering over the amount the workers while serving breakfast you, would think he was laying the eggs himself and paying for the rest,when it was included with your stay at the hotel. And God forbid you ask for a couple of ice cubes he would tell me no, and then he ran and was quick to show me the receipt like it he paid for the ice himself . Are you kidding me. And let’s not forget the constant church music that he had on throughout the day there’s a time and a place for that! The entire staff was absolutely fantastic the hotel was very clean and comfortable thank you DC

Ricardo’s service in the restaurant is AMAZING and outstanding. He prepared me even coffee before breakfast opening. Also the ladies from housekeeping are true hero’s thank you so much for everything Colombia heart

The room was OK. The staff was great and the bed was soft and comfortable, although a little small but it was a standard room, so we understood. The patio was nice and quaint, and the rooftop pool was great.

The Wi-Fi signal in the room was inconsistent. The breakfast menu needs some variety as we received the same meal every morning.

The hotel is well located. you will find some grocery stores and transportation so close.

Some areas look like they need to be repaired, and they don't look as you see in photos. In my room beds creaked and bedside lamp didn't work for example.

The pool was nice and my room was very clean , spacious.

To much loud noise with the club being next door and, the water was always cold and would clogged up as well when I had to brush my teeth. Water from the shower would leak near my bed.

Is in a quite dangerous zone of the city, inside the hotel is very dark and humid, it creates mud on the walls. Additionally, the breakfast offered is very low in quantity and quantity, and it last only until 9 am. I had to take a medicine and I asked a glass of water at 9.05 and they denied it to me

Room was large, toilet was clean. Swimming pool was nice, got a view of the city. My room was on a higher floor so it was pretty quiet. Front desk people were really nice.

No hot water, only a tiny window. At night there was something creaking in the walls, really scared me.The location is pretty much inside the poor district. I was constantly trying not to fall off the plastic chair. For this price at this location, I expected better facilities.

Worst hotel ever be aware of the neighborhood is very far from the center and dangerous

The neiborhood was very dangerous we got robbed.. is full of nightclubs and bars. We could not sleep with the music arroundThe bed had 1.70 meters not event 2 meters we only stayed for one night we couldnt Take it Any more

Inside the hotel it was safe, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The furniture looked fine and modern as well.

The neighborhood was dangerous and bad. Could not close the back door of my balcony bathtub area, and did not feel safe.

The room is spacious and comfortable. It's located near a shopping mall and other useful spots.

They didn't have my room ready the first night. Breakfast is not good. Water from the tub would leak.

The wifi inside the room didn't work, I had to go out of the room if I wanted to use the wifi which is bad.

The fact that the parking garage had a high roof for a high vehicle. The building in need of maintenace.

The street noise, motor cycles and hooter 24/7 and disco next door are unbearable. The room have poor lighting with many fittings not having bulbs. The loose tap fittings in the room and a fridge that does not work. The wifi only works at reception and restaurant.

There was a mistake through my booking. Despite paying for 2 people in a double room my girlfriend refused access to the property. She was treated like a prostitute rather than resolve the mistake. I was put in room 411 there is music from next door until 01.30 in the morning. As loud as a disco in your room . You have to turn the TV up. The green flashing light doesn't work on the door . Hence I was constantly locked out of my room. The internet is shocking. I really regret staying here. Which is a Shame. As I enjoyed my stay when I was one person. Hence booking again. How your stay depends on where your room is 411 is the worst room. Loud music,no Internet. I fully regret staying here.... INFACT THE RECEPTIONIST ALONE HAS MADE ME FEEL LIKE I MUST SHARE MY SITUATION. THE CAPITAL LETTERS WHEN THEY OFFER NO SUPPORT OR RESOLUTION

I stayed there in a single room. It varies which room you get. It's the difference of life and death. My first room was good.The pool and the restaurant are good. The chef is very proud and makes sure everything is good and the area clean.The food is also good.

I booked and paid for a 2 person room so my girlfriend could stay with me at the weekend , as she wasn't working. We were put in 411. Don't accept any room on this side of the hotel . The internet doesn't work. Your door only works when the internet does. . The place next door plays music to 01.30 . There was an error with my booking. Despite paying for 2 people. My booking from booking.com said one. Despite explaining I've booked and paid for 2 people. The receptionist refused to let my girlfriend stay. As if she was a prostitute or something. The situation ruined the weekend when my GF refused to stay. I've just made the same booking and the same happened. This hotel is ok when it's good. But any problems and they are not interested. I wasn't even offered to pay for the extra person...... Until the problem could be resolved. It totally ruined our weekend. The staff where rude and not interested in reality
