Hotel Oldenburg

The location is nice. Right in the center, close to the tourist information office. Also close to an affordable place to park the car in the center.

The vault didn't work and some lights didn't work.

Excellent room and very friendly staff!

There are two very steep stairs to reach the room. If you travel with a dog, as we do, or if you have any physical issues, this might be a challenge.

Spacious and clean. Very helpful girl at check-in that carried my heavy suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. Good location.

You need to know that the hotel is really 4 rooms on top of a restaurant/bar. There are 3 flights of extremely steep stairs and no lift.

The location, the system also is perfect.

The stairs are very sharp. Unfortunately, if you go down and forget something you will hesitate to go up back again.

Beautiful and spacious room

Quite noisy. The neighbor above woke up at 5:30 and I could hear him walking around and moving chairs. It's an old hotel with thin walls.

A very good accomodation in the centre of Zwolle !

The only problem were the large stairs for us being 78 . Otherwise a very good choice !

Neighbours from the upper floor a really noisy. Yow can hear everything - how they walk, how they move chairs or anything. Sometimes my bed was shaking.

The room is really spacious, I was expecting something smaller and was greatly surprised for the room size. It’s pretty central so that was a benefit for me. Close to different restaurants and shops. The staff were super kind!

The location and the room were amazing! It was easy ti get there on foot from the train station.

Pillows were not so good.

Rooms are spacious, very clean, and very comfortable. AC are working properly and cool enough, good for summer and when you stayed at attic. Free minibar.

Bed can be changed with more comfort bed.

Check in was made at the bottom floor restaurant counter and there was no one around most of the time.

No breakfast - this is really just a few rooms above a restaurant - not a full hotel.On a Sunday at 8am there was almost nowhere to get breakfast nearby.A huge TV, but I couldn’t get it to show any TV channels, so it was just as well that I could get the dvd player to work.

Very large room - more apartment long stay style. Although bf is not included, coffee and tea and a filled basket are provided so that was enough

Bit low ceiling and smell could have been better.

The manager Beau was super helpful. Mini fridge, Nespresso machine, and snacks in the comfortable room made for a pleasant stay. Location was great.

Old European building means stairs.

The room is big and spacious, really spacious, and the kitchen is very well equipped. We could drink coffies and have snackies, that was nice. All kinds of books and even some toys for our little one, we really appreciated this. Room service was really friendly and helpful. We had a nice crib for the baby. The location was perfect, smack in the middle of the city center.

The bathroom was moldy and smelly, and on the small side, a real shame because it felt out of place compared to how nice the rest of it was, really made it worse. Also, a lot of things on the booking website are a bit inaccurate (or seem to be): there was no breakfast after all (not easily at least, we'd have to pay and walk 10 minutes). Parking costs 18 euros a day in the city garage. The crib is shown as free but ended up costing 7.5 euros a night. Really a shame.

My son loved the loft room, there were no arguments over who was sleeping where.The size of the room was very generous.

I ended up sleeping with the cushion rather than the pillow as it was too big (thick) for me, but generally the room was comfortable.The stairs were also a bit much for my elderly mum, but we made it!

Big spacious room facing onto the market place, quirky big bathroom; normal facilities were as expected - wifi, jug, aircon, quiet at night, real double bed but made up as singles. Be aware: rooms are 2 or 3 flights up steep stairs - problem for disabled or big luggage; old building with modern refit but noise comes from people above (quiet at night) - we loved our 2 nights here. Dinner downstairs in La Cubitana was great.
