Van Der Valk Hotel Zwolle

We came from a wedding and checked in very late (1:30 am) but we were helped very friendly at the reception desk and could check in and go to bed immediately.

Excellent room and room service. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was too good to be true.

Room was very spacious and comfortable, everything was there and very well presented, super comfortable. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise and worth every cent , perfect eggs and a great choice of breakfast sides and starters.

Expensive beef steak was disappointment but i guess that's modern aged steak - this one was tough and barely digestible. Entrecôte steak was perfect mind so no complaints overall.

Breakfast is amazing... not cheap, but a lot of choice. Easy to park long wheel base vans.

Bar closes early, fireplace in the lobby is switched off too early.

Modern styling.

200 euro for 1 night in a normal room is overpriced. The room is ok but not 200 euro ok

The room was so spacious and it was a grand hotel - enormous foyer huge car park easy access to freeway. Good amenities clean and comfortable. Staff bending over backwards to serve you

10 minutes outside Zwolle by car apart from that nothing

The room was spacious clean and very modern! Loved the bathroom which has both shower and a bath. Breakfast was also very nice with lots of different options

Location isn’t too great, just off a highway.

It was very sophisticated and nice. I love the modern decor and how spacious the rooms were

I do wish the gym was bigger and had more equipment and facilities in the spa

The staff were super Friendly and attentive.Beautiful hotel, can't fault the hospital. The wellness area was lovely. If the hotel adds a swimming pool this would be superb, but can't mark the hotel down. The decor was beautiful throughout the hotel.

Loved everything

The fitness, wellness, the big space of the room

The airco wasn’t really working and our view was at a constructing place

Clean and silent room. Very good and big breakfast buffet.

N.a.

Rooms are spacious and decor is lovely

Breakfast was really expensive and very little choice for me, no oat milk and needs more vegetables and better nutritional choices

Convenient location. Clean, spacious room.

Room and bathroom were very spacious and clean! Breakfast was excellent.

Unfortunately, the mattresses have a tendency to separate

The room was amazing, clean and very spacious. The staff were very welcoming

Everything was good

Rooms were nice and big, didn’t feel cramped at all

Big plastic cushions on the bed

Excellent Restaurant and bar. The quality is very good. Very friendly staff and spacious rooms. I'd stay there again and recommend it for a short get away.

It is really far outside of the city centre, the surroundings of the hotel are not really inspiring and it is a bit pricy. A bit a shame this place has no swimming pool, but that is no dealbreaker to me.

Parking Gym Comfortable beds excellent elevators

Wellness room not open in morning

Loved this hotel chain we always stay in one of their hotels whilst in Europe, food excellent, beds extremely comfy

Nice room, although not included and being pricy, the breakfast is nice.

At arrival we had to pay extra, lot's of difficulty with the rooms. Then upon departure we got some money back, but the promised invoice is still missing.
