Hotel Lumen Zwolle

The shower was great. The staff was very friendly & the food was very good & reasonably priced.

Nice room, great breakfast

Pillows were too big, not very comfortable for a side / stomach sleeper.

The hotel captured the imagination with its design. The room was a perfect size and the shower was heavenly. The cherry on top was balcony facing the stadium! What a hotel!!!

The staff is very friendly . Everything is very clean. we love to stay there.

we find the price of room and breakfast very high.

Clean

Wash clothes in bathroom missing. That's all. The chicken wasn't cooked.

Very clean and modern rooms. Easy and plentiful parking. Great staff. The location is fine with a car but it is not the same as staying in the city center. Great place for a quick stop!

The room was big enough for three.

No door in the shower neither between the bathroom and the rest of the room so lack of intimacy. The breakfast could have been better and the staff more friendly.

Beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms with enough space.

You need to get used that bathroom has no door. It is not a problem, but you see it not often in the hotels.

Very comfortable, good food, staff were great

Clean efficient comfortable hotel, just not simple to get to using public transport

The room was clean, spacious and with all facilities. Very comfortable

Actuallyall was well accommodating

Nice and open, clean and well laid out.

The interior, the softness of the bed which dear loved. I loved how the bathroom looked wide mirror, and the shower stall was a great size. I like that I could change the setting on the heating system. Great lighting in the rooms. The bar area is fabulous. Highly recommend. The breakfast was okay.

I didn't like the idea of paying to get complimentary drinks or snacks. I found that ridiculous. I was parched all night. They don't have like wash cloths to shower with. They didn't have any cups or glass in the room. On the TV, there isn't any other stations to watch besides Netflix. Also, they didn't provide complimentary toiletry which I am used to in other hotels. Not enough, hangers in the closest. No iron or the board for it.

that it offered 3 beds in one room and the location was optimal

I had to go down every-time I requested something, also I didn’t like that the shower area was see through despite being a shared room

We came to watch the football game so the location was the reason that we booked it but the room was spacious and the staff were very nice and welcoming.

It is a conference hotel so expect parties and loud noises. They warned us about the football game but honestly, the conference was worse. Not an issue for us but would be for anyone traveling with kids. Also, the windows looked down into the conference, so no outside window.

Very nice hotel, new, clean, large bed,

Clean, comfortable and pleasant. Great pillows on the bed. Excellent shower. God Continental breakfast with a la carte elements.Lots of parking incl. Electric fast chargers.Slightly too far out of town to walk, but they have bicycles available.Would recommend.

No welcome package in the room. Tool me a while to find information on the TV. Also a 7.50 add-on charge for room service,, on top of fairly steep menu prices, is excessive.

Quiet hotel, good staff and clean

Not much choice in the restaraunt

Nice large rooms, quite, and clean

Clean and quiet

One girl was very rude at caffeteria
