Pros +
- The staff was kind and helpful and the site is well thought out and incredible.
- The room and shower with it¿s huge windows made us feel like we were part of the rainforest! The staff were like friends! The food was delicious, especially the banana pancakes and the fresh watermelon juice! Snorkeling with the Chef was our favorite!
Cons -
- I would prefer less emphasis on buying excursions and, instead, let guests inquire. It felt heavy on the sales.
- Absolutely nothing! Everything was perfect!!
