Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant ByZoo Emmen

Accessible and beautiful hotel. Clean, calm, and comfortable. I can't deny them the good quality. The food at the restaurant is fairly delicious and diverse. Workers are nice and hospitable.

The bar area although cozy, is somewhat small. But this is only a minor detail. Additionally, no shampoo provided in the showers.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years. We like the cleanliness of the rooms, the breakfast is good, and the facilities are excellent. The staff were polite, friendly, and were very respectful.

no issues

Nearby Wildlands and city center. Shower is very good. Spacious room.

Smell in the entrance of the hotel, probably the trash is storaged in there. Pillows are very flat and the bed sheets comes out during night.

I did not take their breakfast. Ate out with friends.

I like everything. Except they don't have facilities for tours.

Friendly staff, good location and comfortable rooms.

Bedsheet are too small and shift off during night.

Location. State of the rooms and hotel. Good choice in breakfast.

Payed parking under the hotel. Management should find a solution for this.

Location to shopping, festival, bus stop

The breakfast was really good, only issue was the staff started to take my plate away when I went to get another cup of tea. The staff at reception were brilliant, they helped me get a taxi.

The food us always really good, staff are great and very friendly.

A few small flies around the bar area.

I want to note the very friendly staff, the wonderful location, in the very center of the city. The bed is comfortable and the bed linen is clean. We liked everything, thank you!

I wanted the windows to open completely, and not just for ventilation. But overall everything is fine.

Disappointing

Quality oft stay was disappointing, because of noise in the hotel. Normal talking people in an other room can be heard as if they're standing with the same room. Every single word can be understood. Sleeping before midnight is almost impossible. Lift makes noise even across the hall.

A family room is actually two connected standard rooms. Which creates a separated room for children to sleep in. The breakfast is also great. Just next to the Wildlands zoo, so super easy to have a zoo trip. Also it's just next to the shopping center, which makes convenient to have any grocery.

The location is great! Shops, cafes, and of course a cool zoo. You won't be bored. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets are clean. Nice and friendly staff. Thank you, I'll be back here again.

The location is just super, in the very center of the city. Clean bed, it was very nice and comfortable to sleep.

There are practically no hygiene products in the bathroom.

I always enjoy staying at Fletchers by the zoo. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The mattress is comfortable but very thin.

Location. On the edge of shopping/ eatery plaza. Supermarket just next door.

The room’s heating made no difference no matter how it was adjusted. Cold during the day and too hot at night. Otherwise it was good.

The staff are always friendly and the rooms are clean and spacious.

Over looked the road for the first time instead of the square.

Great location, friendly staff, beautiful room.

The staff was very friendly; one of the administrators even went to the storage room to find us shampoo, which is not provided in the room by default (only foam is available), which is a bit inconvenient and unusual. The room was clean. The breakfast was acceptable. The location is convenient, with the main attraction—the zoo—nearby.

The private bath, which was one of the main advantages of the hotel, was not provided as promised. We were informed about this on the same day, when our plans were already set, and finding another hotel was not an option. As compensation, we were offered two free drinks and a deluxe room, which, for some reason, doesn't have a bath within. This incident left us somewhat disappointed, although the staff partially managed to smooth over our impression.
