- The very helpful, cheerful and kind staff and the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport or ferry. Also they have a chiropractor and a massage therapist on the premises.
- Hotel was beautiful. Staff and service was amazing.

- Only thing is the relative distance from the airport and ferry but that is not a problem since they make up for it with a free shuttle.

- There is a colorism issue with staff. Wouldn't recommend for black travelers.
