Disappointing

The staff checked us in a smaller room without telling us, betting that we weren't going to notice.When I called them from the room, they told us that the bigger room we booked was given to someone else.We ended up spending the night as a family of 4 with 2 babies in a small room.Mind you that the studio we booked was double the price!They ended up charging us half the amount which I thought was unprofessional and disrespectful

Well situated for evening walks in the park (which oddly had flamingoes!), great for a one night stopover. Lots of options for food although the formal restaurant was way too expensive (it is a Michelin starred restaurant though so I guess it's to be expected). The road it's on isn't on Sat Nav as being drivable which was odd!

I got lost so many times but they provide a map and clear signs everywhere so don't see what more they could do! The outside bar and food didn't seem quite in keeping with the hotel itself and was quite scruffy in comparison but caters to the park as well. Getting out of the carpark was a bit of nightmare and had us holding our breath as we were very worried we would bash our car round the tight corners. Could the entrance be two ways?

Well run hotel in great setting. Enjoyed the Michelin restaurant and the wine bar. Good parking and view of Rhine and railway.

Arriving at the hotel after 32hours of travel from Australia, the staff were wonderful in allowing a very early check in. This was the oasis we needed after such a long trip. Swim, sauna and spa were fabulous. Excellent facilities; lovely beer garden and restaurant with really nice food and friendly attentive wait staff. Thank you Favourite Park

Great breakfast, great location. We choose this hotel because of the beauty of the park location. Love it… so serene and picturesque.

Pillows were very bad… far too thin.When I asked for a foam pillow, we only received another paper thin down filled pillow. This interfered with sleep leading to a sore neck and poor sleep.

The top floor welness aerea is top. The biergarten is very nice. The breakfast is good and the service is excellent. The location is excellent in a nice park close to the city centre and close to where the Rhine an the Main meet. The provide good rent bikes

It was too warm. The room the bed cover and on 1 day the indoor swimming pool was too warm.

Location good for a traveller with a dog.Friendly reception.

Surprisingly long corridors requiring lifts between. Height of the parking should be marked in a better way.

Near the city center. Very nice bar and restaurant in the evening. Also a nice sauna on the rooftop. Big room (but old!)

It's all old. We got a room in the old wing. I don't know for shure but I think they put all the booking guest here. The wirlpool is quite cold and de swimmingpool also old and all the features in the pool broken down. To expensive for what you get.

Excellent location in the park, great hotel with very nice and relaxing spa. Nice breakfast and setup in the restaurant.If you are looking for a luxurious getaway this is a very good address!

I would add a panel near the shower in the triple room for privacy

The location was perfect in a park, and a short distance to the city

The recepcionist did not let food to be delivered to the room so she kicked the deliver out, and she was rude and agressive.

We liked the view from the window across the park and the underfloor heating in the bathroom area.

We were unexpectedly charged 30 Euros to have breakfast delivered to the room. We booked the room with breakfast and room service included so we shouldn't have been charged for this. In addition the breakfast checklist sheet in the room did not itemise or indicate that we would be charged additionally for this 'service'. Also, our room was not cleaned or made up on Xmas day, and we received no apology for this. The elevator was not working when we checked out. Again no apology and staff were unhelpful when we complained about these things.

Beautiful location by the park and quirky seating areas overlooking same. Really great rooftop spa area and sauna. Very good breakfast and we had an excellent meal in the Weinbar

Couldn’t find the sauna etc on the new spa level and would be great if it was open the same hours as the pool.

We spent one night in this hotel. The location was really nice, in the middle of a park, so very quiet. We enjoyed the refined decoration and the beautiful new spa. The nearby Biergarten was really a good surprise to have a quick and cheap meal. The parking lot directly in front of the hotel was full but we easily found a free spot a hundred of meters further.

Unfortunately, this hotel is a real maze: the indications to find the room or the wellness area were utterly complicated and we came across several guests who were equally lost in the twists and turns of the hallways.Another point that should be indicated is the obligation of having a credit card when coming to the hotel as it is mandatory to check in. Furthermore, the coffee tabs in the room are free of charge but indicated as charged on the price list. An annoyance that could be easily avoided.

The new spa is small, but tranquil and generous in its relaxation offerings. Situation of hotel with river view and park around it plus short walk into town ideal . Breakfast was ample and offered good views on river traffic while eating
