The staff were great and the room was clean. I loved the decor and modern urban feel.

Great location and the hotel is very updated. It has some very nice things that go with it such as a nice workout place overlooking the city. The hotel was very clean and my room was excellent. The staff was great and very helpful.

There were a couple of things. Breakfast is not included in the higher price of the room. Breakfast is 18 euro, and I can't see paying that much. I was on the 1st floor and the lobby is like a club, so you can hear the bass beat of the music easily.

The hotel is in a great location and we really liked as it is quirky and different from standard hotels. The room was not large but perfect for our needs. It also wasn't too warm which is often a problem in hotels. The bed was super comfy. And the breakfast is really good, wide range of food available. All the staff were really friendly. Some things that did not bother us at all but *could" bother some guests:- It is a cashless hotel (yes, lots of people in Germany still love cash!)- The toilet is separate from the sink and shower which is great. There is no door to where the shower and sink are so this could be troublesome for some people- One side of the bed has a shelf all along the wall which means that person has to get in and out of the bed at the bottom, again, not a problem for us but maybe tricky for some guests

The breakfast was excellent and the sauna area was beautiful!

The only thing I did not like were the framed dead butterflies in the toilet. I would rather not have dead animals in my room.

This property was really nicely decorated. The staff were immediately friendly, helpful and welcoming. Definitely add the breakfast option as it is so nice coming downstairs each morning to a tasty breakfast with a variety of food! The location is amazing, a short walk to the centre and train station. The sauna and gym have amazing facilities with beautiful views over Mainz. Our room was also decorated really nicely and a perfect size! We will be coming back next year :) Love from Phil and Betty from England!

Sauna on the top is a huge bonus after a hard day at work. The area is very relaxing and good quality with clean and fresh towels and robes to use. Staff is extremely friendly and polite. Overall very good service quality.

Little thing but there is no changing room on the floor of the sauna so if you need to change first you go upstairs get your robes and towel, then go down to change and come back up. And the same when you finish with your relax session.

Very comfortable room with great facilities, free drinks in the fridge, very good shower, very good breakfast.

The location is perfectly situated within walking distance to the train station and other local attractions. 2 public parking options are available. The facilities were modern, clean and very comfortable.

Modern design, comfortable room, clean and secure.Staff were all very friendly, and a nice vibe in the bar in the evening.

No coffee/ tea in room

The whole place looks fantastic, the lounge, breakfast/dinner area, hallways, and rooms are all modern, stylish, and full of character and clean.And the food… honestly exceptional! Breakfast has fresh, high-quality products with so much variety, and dinners were just incredible. I ate here twice and was blown away, salads, soups, desserts, everything was perfectly prepared. I don’t usually write this, but I was really impressed. The music also was really good!The staff are also wonderful, so friendly and welcoming, they make you feel at home from the moment you arrive and you have 3 drinks offered in your room.This hotel is a true diamond and an example for others. Can’t wait to come back—keep up the amazing work!

Everything was perfect

The hotel is modern and the staff is very kind and helpful! Everything was clean and there are plenty of facilities. The location is great, near the train station. The breakfast has a lot of options.

- The friendly and welcoming staff and the one of a kind amazing reception area. Breakfast was great and the gym area as well.- WiFi was super for work- The room had a fridge with free drinks and the artwork is also lovely.- On sustainability, I loved the fact that one can just scan a code for every service and it works ( apart from the cleaning, which probably receive delayed communication).- There's a huge parking garage opposite the hotel parking just(can't accommodate all guests) and the hotel staff shared this information as well.

1. There is no sink to wash hands in the toilet. This was a "psychological war" and hygienical issue, almost a trauma for me.2. I have been to many pet friendly hotels, but never have i ever gotten a room where I could smell the pet right from the door and also find that pet hairs lying in the room.( Staff offered to chage rooms next day but it wasn't worth the hussle for me for a day). It would be great if they can save extra rooms for guests travelling with pets, otherwise most people will need to say they are allergic to pets.

Near to the park garage and Hauptbahnhof.

rooms were small in size. And mattress was not comfortable.

The staff is great, the room is clean and well organized, and the breakfast is delicious!

I stayed at this hotel while attending the emergency medicine course in the university hospital mainz. I chose it because it's really easy to get to the hospital but also to the city centre.-nice room with all amenities-free drinks in minibar, one free drink per day if you cancel the cleaning-very good breakfast-private parking-nice bar-24/24 open gym, well equipped. I used it every day!-nice sauna
