Beautiful location and excellent hotel. The facility is clean throughout and obviously well taken care of.

Parking is 20 Euros / night and the onsite food is very expensive.

Comfortable room, great location

soon as I got there, asked to extend my stay,booked a massage for same day. When arrived to salon,they didn't have me scheduled for one.they didn't extend my stay when I told them too. Didn't clean my room when asked too. Didn't fix the broken curtain.

Definitely one of the best hotels of the world.

Nice, friendly and professionell stuff, big rooms, good bed.

First Room was very noisy The floor in the bathroom is old. The Welness and Spa area was closed because of renovation.

Great location, fresh rooms, good breakfast.

Changing room for baby was not easy to reach. The locker was broken, I had to go to reception and wait. The disinfection napkins in baby changing room were totally dry and water tap was broken.

Comfortable, spacious room. Great river view, worth paying extra.

We had a room with a view to the lobby which meant that we could not open the window. Room was hot. Air control not working

The room was awkward and small. Bed was comfortable. Decor dull. Staff were professionally polite. Having just come back from a trip to Thailand staying at the cape canwa hotel Pukhet - hospitality has to be genuine. This creates the right impression for guests. I feel in the Hyatt as much as the staff were competent they lacked the missing X factor. However, does this reflect the management - when staff are inspired they radiate that. Only they can answer that. All in all an average stay.

Location was right on the river, our room had a lovely view of the river also. Private underground parking, but for a fee. The room was spacious, very quiet. Had all amenities. Check in and out was quite fast. Dogs welcome, but at a fee. Breakfast was very diverse,but with a fee.

Unclear pricing. On booking the amount said one thing, in person I paid significantly more, nearly 2x. The dog and breakfast were quite expensive. Plus the parking for a weekend was 50 eur. I would say it was overpriced. Some staff were not the nicest. Breakfast room was too busy on Sunday and we had to wait 5 minutes to be seated, which was strange. 10 minute walk to old city.

Die Lage

The room and the whole aisles leading to the rooms were extremly cold. The room was very cold. Heating through the airconditioner Airconditioner was just ineffective

Great location, nice pool, friendly staff, big rooms. Nice to have a garage directly in the basement.

Window did not open, tv didn’t work. Would have enjoyed a more varied menu. Bathroom floors/tiles need attention.

Great breakfast with a beautiful view on the Rhine river. A Very comfortable and spacious room for one person.

I was surprised that hotel guests have to pay extra 27 Euros/night for parking in the underground garage. I learned about that only after I made my reservation.

The view of the river was beautiful and the location was an easy walk for sightseeing. The food was excellent. The pool and spa were refreshing.

Everything was excellent - amazing place and design, very pleasant staff, comfortable beds and big room with everything we needed. Totally recommend and hope we will stay there again one day.
