Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and an excellent breakfast that made the stay even more enjoyable.

We promptly was offered a new room after we discovered that our booked room had many flies in it. The new room was comfortable and clean. Also, the breakfast was really good and there were staff to help out with the coffee machine. The sfaff was very polite.

The location is great and the room was very comfortable and clean. We had the three bed room which is actually two rooms plus the bathroom. The shower was great and the bathroom seemed recently updated. The breakfast was also very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet even though it is in a busy part of town. We would stay again if we were in Mainz.

The only (minor) issue was that the lift doesn't go to the actual floor the room is on so we had to carry the suitcases up or down one flight of stairs. The rooms are up two flights of stairs and the lift is up one. It is only a small distance so wasn't a huge issue)

Breakfast was decent. The staff were courteous. The rooms were in good condition. Bed etc. were clean. Location was very convenient, as it is walkable distance (a few minutes) from the main station.

Nothing much to dislike. Since it is an old building, one has to go to the rooms by taking a few steps (even though there is lift). With luggages, it is a bit tough.

Can hear some sound from the outside, though not lound and not a problem for sleeping.

A small hotel in front of Mainz station, old furniture but clean, good breakfast, many restaurants and bars nearby, Easy to het to Frankfurt by S Bohn and avoid the expensive hotels during exhibition period.

air-con heating is a little slow

Very clean, big room, very silent, you don’t hear outside noise. The people was very nice and helpful. Always with a smile.

Very close to the main train station, and there is a supermarket nearby in case you need any personal items, as well as several restaurants and cafés. The breakfast is very delicious; although there aren’t many options, it covers all the essential items.

To be honest, the sheets were not clean and seemed like they had not been washed after previous use. The room is also quite small.

To use the stair to fourth floor especially i was had two bages

It is central and everything is within walking distance. It’s an old building but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was nice, they even let us in early because we had to leave at 7 am.

There is a small public parking lot in front of the hotel but there were no spots when we arrived. We had to park in the nearby garage, which was fine.
