WENS Hotel

Cleanliness and attentive staff

Excellent staff, friendly, helpfulClean roomComplementary mini bar access with softdrinks and coffee included

One of the best we have ever stayed. Super service, cleanliness, comfy bed, bar in the room was full of drinks, facilities of the toilet (Rituals shampoo, body lotion, hand soap). We didn't try the breakfast.

I can't find anything important.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room exceeded my expectations for the low price. Everything was new and sophisticated, and most importantly, the entire room was well insulated.

We stayed at WENS Hotel in Mainz from August 5th to 7th (2 nights), and the experience was excellent in every aspect. The room looked exactly like in the pictures – modern, very clean, and well maintained. Everything seemed new, from the furniture to the bathroom, which made the stay very comfortable. One major plus was the quietness – we weren't disturbed at all, neither by neighbors nor by any outside noise. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed, and very approachable throughout our stay.Honestly, there is nothing we could complain about. It was a great choice, and without a doubt, we’ll come back here next time we visit Mainz.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and genuinely good service.

Easy contact, staff spoke good English, and check-in was fast and smooth. They also had free coffee and bavareges in the mini fridge

Everything was new and the property felt safe. The reception was professional and personable.

The bed was a little firm.

Staff, hard beds (may not be liked by all)

parking garage entry is really really excitingly small ;-)

Ruhig; unkomplizierter late-check-in mit Key-Safe-Box; hoteleigene Parkplätze

Matratze war relativ hart

Very modern hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. Self-check-in is possible if you are arriving late.

Clean and modern. Helpful staff

No restaurant or bar

the staff was extremely friendly and helpful especially Mr Eyad el baiati . he handled everything swiftly and made sure to give us advice for a couple of restaurants for dinner . the hotel is new and spotless.

to be honest. everything was what i expected and more. no drawbacks

Fabulous communication from the staff.. I new I would be arriving late so messaged them..within 1 hour I had a message and phone call from the Hotel..they explained the procedure for collecting my key from a locked box outside..all as explained..thank you.Looking forward to returning when I have more time.

Nothing to say here.

Very nice hotel! Spotless! Even the single rooms are comfortable ! Great showroom ! Will keep coming back when in the area!

Would only use it for work as too far away from any restaurants, bars and town center!

Modern hotel with touch screens for “don’t disturb” etc, clean, calm cosy room, coffee and tea facilities plus free soft drinks in the mini bar, very friendly staff. Luxurious modern bathroom with shower and Rituals products. Free parking available in front of the hotel and streets close by. Tram stop within walking distance (10-15 minutes) for city centre, bus stops in front of the hotel.

The property is very new. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.

Location is far from restaurants and stores, but close to the Frankfurt Airport.

new, good location, comfortable premises

WE visiting Ambiente in Frankfurt. In this time hotel price was very good. We have car from the hire and go to the Frankfurt was very easy. Rooms not very big but clean , stuff working very good and hotel looks very fresh. Mini bar free of charge.

Very very hard mattress.

Clean rooms, super friendly staff that even prepare breakfast based on allergies, outstanding service !!!

Nothing. For me all fine, just a warning to those who like soft beds, the beds are hard. Works perfect for me, but highly individual preference of course

The staff is awesome! The building is new and very well maintained. The room is cosy and clean. Great place to stay!

Nothing to recommend
