Excellent location, just a few steps from the train station, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was really good.

It was walking distance to all the stores, local train station and the Christmas Market. Also it is close to my relatives place that I was visiting while there. Overall, this hotel was a very convenient location.

The hotel didn't supply a small water bottle or Kleenex or facial tissues especially during the winter months.

It was absolutely perfect for our needs clean very close to the old town and the staff were totally wonderful.,

We had a slight issue trying to get out of the parking yet went up to the reception and they opened it so all was good. Really liked the fact we had talking.

Great location and central to everything happening in Mainz. Two minutes walk to the train station and the Roman Ruins. 10 minute walk to the Christmas markets

Rooms was a little small

Clean, well stocked, friendly staff.

Prefer some more hot options please. Bacon, fried eggs, mushrooms maybe? Scrambled eggs are always very overcooked.

Quiet. Plumbing all worked. Comfortable bed. Lights good and easy to control. Convenient location.

The chair in my room wobbled as it had screws loose or missing.No kettle + tea/coffee provided in the room - but none was advertised

Everything was really great! The staff were exceptional — very friendly, communicative, and always ready to help with anything we needed.The location was great — quiet, convenient, and easy to reach.

The only thing that could make the experience even better would be having a small fridge in the room, but apart from that, everything was perfect.

This is a typical chain hotel. Everything is just as you would expect--clean, comfortable, no frills. Breakfast was good--lots of options. Parking is very convenient. The location was great for what we needed.

The bathroom was very compact. Just a little too tight for comfort. It had everything you need, just in very tight quarters.

The hotel was fairly clean and met my basic expectations. It’s located within walking distance to the city center, which was very convenient. There's also a bus stop nearby, making it easy to get around. Overall, a good stay for a short visit.

Unfortunately, the receptionist (the young male one, not the young lady, she was friendly and helpful) was quite rude and arrogant, which made me feel uncomfortable.

The location to the old town is fab.We were right in the middle of where we wanted to be. 10 minute walk to Rhein River. 10 minute walk from train station along the S8 route to airport. Check in was easy, allowed us to leave luggage before room was ready. Comfy beds. Lovely corner room. Didn't have breakfast but had beers in bar and from machine.

Bathroom is very small.No hand towels we had to ask for more towels. No tea and coffee facilities but mentions that in room description.

The breakfast and the location were good.

My room was not fully clean , the toilet and shower were not cleaned properly after the previous guest.The bed was way too soft for me, so I had trouble sleeping and would wake up with back pain.

The staff was very kind and very informative. I always felt taken care of. Special kudos to the roomkeepers who did their job impeccably and with discretion, and the breakfast staff who was cheerful and observant from early mornings. The beds are extremely comfortable.

The hotel was clean, well located near a Rewe and the Rhine waterfront. Great breakfast!

I didn't like the person at the reception, he greeted me saying he wanted to leave and didn't speak, it seemed to me like he was rejecting me, otherwise it was ok, I think the manager should be careful about the selection of workers
